Sorry once you kill innocent people just going about their day you lose all legitimacy. OBL killed 3000 people just going to work as administrative assistants as janitors as firefighters as Stock brokers as cops etc..just people doing service... ding their job..someone like that needs to go.
 
The team that went in and got Bin Laden would have built a mockup of the compound based on satellite data, floorplans, human intel, etc. For something like this, they literally would have reconstructed the compound 1:1, as much as time allows. Then, they practice taking the compound according to plan until they know the place blindfolded.

Probably Delta Force and CIA with many other departments involved as well.

Why would it be illegal to photograph it?

We showed photos of the AQ leader of Iraq after we toasted him. I would expect to see the same of Osama and very soon in order to prove that we killed him.

I am betting we have video too, will be interesting to see if that ever sees light of day.

They probably didn't do any of that. Considering how frequently Osama was supposed to be moving around, the intel they got was probably something they acted on within hours, probably the result of a single source or intercepted communication.
 
News is reporting CIA built the intel based on courier movements over time. Also the house was built in 2005, custom built to house Bin Laden.
