Help Desk Analyst 1 & 2 positions available in Orange, CA.

Must have a personal love of tech and computers!!! No paper MCSE's need apply.

Some experience in a call center or other customer service environment needed. Help Desk experience a plus and required if no tech education or experience.

YOU'VE GOT TO BE A FUN PERSON WHO LOVES A WILD ENVIRONMENT! If you're the kind of person that can't work with Nerf darts flying over your head, this isn't for you. Not kidding.

Email your resume to the email addy in my profile, or PM me.

Females ENCOURAGED (by me!!!) to apply! ;)

Please note that I don't have any hiring powers, and can't endorse you, but the hiring managers have run out of resumes and are really picky about personality in the interview. One question asked my old roommate during his interview: "Who's funnier, you or DurocShark?" His answer: "Me, of course." He got the job as a level 1 for around $17 an hour. With zero experience (but my personal recommendation).

The HR department has some irrelevant requirements, so resumes aren't making it through them. (MCSE, 3 years experience, etc. What a joke.) But resumes through us to the managers are being looked at carefully.

We keep growing like mad, and are actually out of seats and will be moving half of the Help Desk to Irvine. This is after moving to the current location in March. :Q

Im currently looking for an Internship style job in the DC Metro Area (MD/VA). Next year i begin going to Montgomery College, in Rockville/Gaithersburg/Germantown MD, and I am looking for something, hopefully related to networking, or anything i might be able to claim as job experience later.

Im not looking for a career job, per se.

Id be more than happy with an internship at an ISP, or something of the like.

Currently A+ Certified, working on Network+, 17 years old, and going to college for CS, Network Eng, Network Admin, Systems Analyst. (Not 100% yet.)

I'll give this a shot...

Graduated BSCS from Clemson University in May, looking for any sort of job I'm qualified for, preferably in some sort of web design/development, but I'm open to anything that I'm capable of. I've got several years of C, C++, and Java, 7 or 8 years of HTML, some CSS, familiar with PHP and MySQL, basic knowledge of Photoshop.

I'm not limited by geography but I think I'd prefer to stay somewhat close to home (so anywhere in the southeast). If I had a choice, I think I'd like to relocate to Charlotte, Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, Greenville-Spartanburg, SC, or somewhere in Florida, but like I said, I'm not limited by that. I'm currently located in Columbia, SC.

Thanks for anything that anyone has.

SBC is still looking for Phone Support positions in the Chicago suburban area (Arlington Heights).

They are Tier 1 positions dealing with Frame Relay network problems (provider side) and CPE (routers mostly, but some firewall, wireless, integrated access, etc).

Looking for CCNA (or willing to sign a contract saying you'll get one within 90 days) or better. MCSA/E might help, but isn't really applicable for the position.

PM me if you're interested, or, I believe they are also posted on some of the job boards (Monster, JobsChicago.com, eetc as well as the company site - sbc.com).

Good Luck

Scott
