People making these disingenuous arguments should be flogged out of public life.

The very notion that Congress can't set up rules for how agencies and whatnot operate and how people can be hired/fired is actually anti-constitutional and runs completely counter to the country's history.

Well I think that most of the conservatives on the court are indeed receptive to this idea with the exception of the Fed. Again I suspect executive power ends where their investment accounts begin.

As far as Trump being senile and delusional Trump was this far gone during the campaign. But neither the mainstream media nor the failure of an opposition party focused on it and put it in the forefront.
