Problem is what is waiting after Trump...a Fuentes/Tucker type of personality and the GOP is ripe for that kind of takeover.

We are going to look back at the Trump presidency as tame compared to what's coming next.

What a lot of people don't get is that all those people fucking HATE each other and would rather spend their time sticking knives into their opponents on the right than help one out or own the libs usually. Trump bridges several very large gaps in that coalition and once he's gone those bridges are too.

It's crazy to watch institutions still cave to him when his approval is under 40% and dropping.
They have never witnessed a Republican stand for the Constitution, rule of law, or decency.... over Trump.
So logically they have no choice but to bow to tyranny.

These institutions are, by definition, not revolutionaries. If we are a corrupt and tyrannical country, they will simply ask how low they need to bow to their new master.

Everyone should find something they love as much as Trump loves white collar crime and other white collar criminals who he will set free to do yet more crimes. Trump would have pardoned Madoff and the Enron guys.
In his eyes, the only thing they did wrong was get caught.

Apparently, if you commit really big crimes as some big honcho, society should just let you do it. Who could have ever seen this coming from the enigma that is Trump?

Beyond the voters, this is an utter failure from a corporate news media filled with perpetual dipshits that failed to properly inform said voters and continue to downplay or misrepresent all that is happening (After all, we know they can make hay when they want [Biden old, Hillary's emails])

Most people don’t get their news from traditional news media so I don’t see how we can blame the “media”. I think social media and the voters deserve more blame than the “media”.

The traditional media headlines and clips spread around social media and feed into those shit storms.

Voters deserve the blame for making the choice they did. It doesn't absolve social media companies of their poisonous algorithms or traditional media outlets' "both sides"ing.

Yeah, this syphilitic orange menace plays "golf".
But golf is a game of honor and good character. Players are expected to call infractions on themselves when they occur This vile, piece of shit has no honor and cheats at every turns. He claims to have won 38 club championships? I would venture to say, he has not won one.

Here's a story about Mike tirico, who played with trump.

"This, of course, would not be the first time that President Trump has been accused of "cheating" during a round of golf.

NFL announcer Mike Tirico says that he once played a round of golf with President Trump, Jon Gruden and Ron Jaworski.

Tirico, a 12.3 handicap, hit the 3-wood of his life on a par five. He had 230 yards into a blind green. Tirico's shot was heading directly for the pin.

However, when Tirico and his caddie arrived to the green, the ball was nowhere to be found. The ball was ultimately found 50 feet left of the pin, in a bunker.

Tirico was shocked.

From golf.com:

“Lousy break,” Trump said to Tirico, who checked the marking on the ball to be sure it was his. It was. Befuddled, it took Tirico two swipes to escape the bunker on the way to a 7.

“Afterwards,” Tirico remembers, “Trump’s caddy came up to me and said, ‘You know that shot you hit on the par 5? It was about 10 feet from the hole. Trump threw it into the bunker. I watched him do it.’”

What did Tirico do? He laughed, shook his head, went inside, and paid Trump his money. When it comes to golf, Trump is the tornado and you are the trailer."
Really, if you don't know Trump and you believe this story, why would you put someone of this character in charge of the most powerful country in the world. Just asking.

Admin's war on FEMA comes home to roost for Michigan's UP which is very red.

Denial of coverage for $90M in damage due to massive ice storm leaves electric coop members on the hook for $4,500 each.

One hand grasping the stove, the other beating the fuck out of your own voters with a stick. If things keep going like this the electorate is going to be fucking furious by the time they reach the polls in November.

The bigger problem is will the people blame the president or the democrat governor. I tend to lean towards blaming the governor after all the elected the jackass in the first place when they should have known he was a worthless turd.

I thought this was fake.
It's not and look at all those ivermectin ads.
😲

Got a few for Tucker Carlson's "Alp" nicotine pouches, 250th birthday of the USA merch, BOGO ivermectin, and "hey, use your expiring FSA to buy GLP-1"!
Yeah, sounds like they know their market. Also an ad between every 1-2 posts (with an AdBlocker installed). Lots of links in his posts to "justthenews".

Another drug trafficker pardoned. Trump already pardoned Ross Ulbricht.

I thought pardons were always done at the end of the term on the way out. Trump pardons someone every fucking week! Congress must fix this pardon nonsense. This lunatic has so abused the pardon power that many of the people he has pardoned have recommitted crimes. I'm old enough to remember when Trumpers pretended to be outraged by the appearance of a small cocaine baggie in the White House.

U.S. prosecutors said Hernández governed Honduras as a “narco-state,” leveraging the presidency to help move more than 400 tons of cocaine toward the United States in exchange for millions in bribes from major traffickers, among them “El Chapo” Guzmán.

Maga: - Killing fisherman "drug smugglers" is totally fine because they are killing Americans.

Also Maga: - Letting drug dealers go free is totally fine because, rea$on$.

Trumps many pardons - Trump has no problem with drug traffickers, domestic terrorists, cop killers, wife beaters, financial scam artists, money launderers, fraudsters, or other criminals.

They just have to pay him.
The cash must flow into Trump's coffers at ANY expense.

Well, duh, they're not thugs. /s

Stick! Stick! Stick!
The people yearn for the stick!

I thought the requirement had already been rolled out after being pushed back repeatedly, and apparently it had... and then they were like "wait, maybe we can make money from this too"
In May 2025, the TSA began enforcing the standards known as "REAL ID" but gave warnings and conducted enhanced screening for passengers without the new IDs. TSA officials said they would urge passengers without REAL IDs to obtain them or pay the fee before arriving at the airport. The $45 fee will cover travel for a 10-day period.
On November 20, TSA said in a notice posted in the Federal Register that travelers could face an $18 fee if they did not have REAL ID but officials in a briefing with reporters said that they had raised the price because expenses for the option were higher than forecast.
The fees are nonrefundable and it may take travelers up to 30 minutes to pay the fee to go through security if they fail to pay before arriving at the airport. Officials said in extraordinary circumstances they could waive the fees.

Just saw this but it was last week's NYT.

The syphilitic orange menace again makes shit decisions. First time in 37 years:
Trump Administration Will No Longer Commemorate World AIDS Day

The State Department warned employees not to use government funds for the occasion and to “refrain from publicly promoting World AIDS Day through any communication channels

"An awareness day is not a strategy,” he said. “Under the leadership of President Trump, "

That's great, let's not make an awareness day that will get the words out to the citizens. Let's not say that measles are on the rise and tell people to vaccinate.

The ghouls that work in this administration all need to get dropped in the ninth circle of hell.

lol exactly. If you're having an MRI they are looking for something.

Maybe it turns out you don't have the thing they are looking for and everything's fine, but they're looking for something.
Maybe Donald's body is a prison for something and they keep wanting to make sure that containment hasn't been breached?
