Nope, sorry.

It doesn't work because it takes you to the cart. If you haven't added anything to your cart, it will show you an empty cart. Remove the item from your cart and click on your link again. 🙂

For that kind of cash I can get an Opteron 244 and Run it in a two way dual CPU set up.

This deal is stone cold. For $138.34 I found the same 144 at http://www.dreamhardware.com/products/details.php?product_id=407176

And on the same site I found an Opteron 146 if 152.39

It's hot because it's in stock. We don't have any, Dream hardware doesn't have any either. Most likely, none of us will get anymore, so that's what makes the deal hot 🙂

I wondering if you have one of those Opteron 146's in your computer, TankGuys?

Surprisingly, no 🙂 Though I we did keep a few 144's for my wife's machine, the other owner and his wifes, and finally of our latest batch of 165's for myself.

Can't sell the opteron craze without jumping on the bandwagon ourselves, after all 😉

Is all the hype on these because they are equivilent to a much more expensive athlon 64? Or do they just oc really well?

I can hear it now

"Well I had a 939 motherboard so I pulled one pin out of the chip but its DOA and didn't work, I need a nother one."

Well who told you to do that

He is being sarcastic.

I guess they can charge us the 146 prices since these processors are in high demand. I think I'll wait to see what steppings people get before I order.

hmmm..... would rather have picked up a 146, but I missed them. Tempting... if i buy this one, I figure someone will get some 146's in about a week at roughly this price. If I don't, niether will resurface.

I knew it is going to happen i just ordered it monday if i bought it from newegg my shopping total would be $367 and i would get $10 off on it.
