From experience.. walk away... no contact whatsoever... it's not your problem. SERIOUSLY... she's attempting to manipulate you. If you are not available to manipulate she's better off, and so are you.

If the guy hasn't actually seen the cuts, then nothing tells us she's actually cutting herself.

I originally claimed she was an attention whore for threatening to cut herself. I still don't think she's cut herself, she just wants attention. If she has cut herself it's probably just a scrape. If she continues the threats, contact the parents.

Alright well I talked to her best friend today and she called her to make sure she was ok. Her friend said that she was just really upset and overreacting. Also said she really didnt cut herself.

Um, yeah. When I was 16, the girls that my friends and I dated/broke up with were all attention whores. It's a stage of life, like running around naked when you're 5.

Seriously, I'm guessing that a lot of it is for attention. She can't blame the tumor thing on you, I'm guessing her immune system broke down because she's obsessing over you and thinking of ways to manipulate you. Hell, the tumor thing could be part of that. I don't know, I don't know the entire situation so I can't say much. I call shens on her cutting though.
