That means I've dated well over 300% of my daily sodium before. Anyone looked at the back of the chicken pot pies before. :awe:
I still manage to be 6'2" and 190lbs.
yup at pot pies. after seeing the sodium content, I haven't eaten one this century. and they've made the pot pies with even more servings, thus MORE sodium intake. jeez
For decades people including health care professionals kept repeating misinformation about salt being harmful. That would apply to a specific population subpopulation who are sodium sensitive and thats far from the majority.
I wouldn't sweat it.

the label in the back of the package says sodium = ~30% per serving.
but it also says this 18oz package is 2 1/2 servings!
30 x 2.5 = 75%
no wonder my mouth feels like it ate too much salt in one sitting.
So only eat one serving, fatty.

Ugh, no wonder we've got so many fat people in this country.
If we never ate more than one service of anything in a day we'd Americans would all be confused with Ethiopians. Whomever decided 'a serving' was to be whatever it is was just nuts.
