Then again, often times you get someone who speaks Ebonics, or a Southern hick of James Carville proportions whose English is very hard to decipher. 😕

you don't think Indian tech support is bad? obviously you haven't had to rely on them.
the 3 techs i have spoken to had such thick accents i couldn't understand them, and one guy got annoyed with me because i had to make him repeat himself so often.
how do i know they were in India? i asked. one woman and i even talked about the weather there (in India) while we were waiting for something to load.

I've had to call twice for my router (Netgear), in both cases the person I spoke with was intelligible but with a thick and obviously Indian accent. One was a woman who didn't seem to know very much and was obviously reading from a script... When I called back I got a pretty knowledgeable guy though... about equal to what you might find calling a US-based tech support center, really (if you can still find one). My real issue with it is that if it continues, not enough people in the country purchasing the goods for which tech support is outsourced will have jobs & earn money for the products to maintain sales levels. It's basically doing something harmful for a fast buck, and I'm sure ATOT's prepubescent free iPod scammer crowd will "pwn" me for feeling this way (by calling me names 😛), but I'm against it.

it was on like in 2000 and i have looked a long time on the internet for it but never found it

Actually if someone can contact DeviousTrap via PM or AIM. Ask him to login to my askross.com WHM and increase the size for that domain to 500MB. He can login to cPanel and provide you with FTP address, username and password.

Otherwise this will have to wait 5 hours I'll be online and will contact you.
