Where did I say white, black, hispanic or any other color of people committed the crimes? The post I replied to was "under class" people did.

But since you brought up black, check the population percentage of the prisons. White is 450 per 100,000. Black is 2,306 per 100,00. Fairly new article, first google hit. So it is reasonable to assume that most crimes percentage wise are committed by black people.

Sure. A gunshot that close would be loud enough to hurt and cause hearing damage. That shot was probably especially obnoxious given the short barrel on that revolver.

However, "auditory exclusion" (tunnel vision of the ears, basically) is a real phenomenon that can be triggered by high stress situations. It's believable that someone involved in an intense fight might not realize that a firearm was discharged. Of course I don't know whether that happened in this case, or if the cops are just dishonest, inhuman dicks.
