You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. NK citizens support their country as much as you American pigs do with your stolen land of opportunity. :hmm:

You stating that someone has no idea of what they talking about is pure comic gold.

But that is not as funny as your post.

Us American pigs are not kept under gunpoint to keep us in line...

China is going to have to throw NK under the bus one of these days in order to take it's relations/influence with the rest of Asia to the next level and they keep providing opportunities.

The last thing China wants is a war between North Korea and South Korea/United States.

If such a war were to occur, millions of (very) poor North Koreans would flood into China and this is something China doesn't want.

Technically North Korea is still at war with South Korea. Duh. . . . If you blow up a ship belonging to another country, is not that an act of war? Cant Fix Stupid.

If South Korea wants to start a war, I guess it is their option, not ours.

Well then its time for China to bitchslap their rebellious little orphan child! Playing dumb and looking the other way works for China as long as NK is just being its normal loud beligerent whinny little child self, but when they start sinking ships and generally fucking up the neighborhood Chinas options narrow real fast.

I mean that China may itself act to depose the NK regime and dispose of the troublesome relic which has outlived its usefulness.

That's the best solution. Hell, a puppet government of China would be better for Kim and the N. Korean people.

And AzN, I'm glad that you're back.

The win. I saw a PBS show about NK escapees in China. China treats them as illegal immigrants, if they catch them it's straight back to NK and then to a death camp.

It's a totally screwed up situation with no foreseeable remedy until NK begins to act at least semi-rationally. The best the rest of the world can hope for in the meantime is to avoid both full scale war and nuclear proliferation by NK selling nukes to the highest bidders. Personally my daughter is in Seoul until this fall so I hope the lid stays on at least until then.

Sure they do, because Dear Leader points guns at them or threatens them with starvation in a gulag if they don't.

Ironic that you talk about "loss" of freedom in a capitalist society, when in fact, you're South Korean and the freedoms afforded to you enable you to 1) travel outside of the country and to the US 2) post your ill-informed drivel on a site seen all over the world. Let's see North Korean citizens do either of those two things.

It is comedy gold that you hate the US so much and yet, you don't mind being here and enjoying what the country has to offer. Hypocrite.

So who put NK in starvation? Take a wild guess. US put sanctions against NK who are affected? North Koreans. Root of the problem is YOU!

Apparently, logic and critical thinking are not your strong suits. Let me explain:

1. North Korea is FREE to do whatever it wants.
2. The US is FREE to do whatever it wants.
3. The US doesn't like the way NK acts and therefore, it exercises its FREEDOM to NOT trade with NK.
4. NK knows very well why the US won't trade with it and therefore exercises its FREEDOM to continue acting that way, knowing the US won't trade with it. NK is FREE to find alternate trading partners like Cuba.

In other words, if NK wants to trade with the US, it should modify its behavior. It won't modify it, so it doesn't get to trade. It really is THAT FREAKING SIMPLE and it is TOUGH SHIT if you don't like it. Dear Leader is the reason the people starve. It is, after all, HIS responsibility to feed the NK people -- not the responsibility of the US, France, or Mars.

Get it now? If not, I'll pull out the crayons if it will make it any clearer.

Most American propaganda. Just wow. Why not post NK news? You rather just hear fake news from pro US sources. :hmm:

HAHAHAHA, dude, you are a hoot. Seriously, you can stop pulling our legs. You should consider acting, because you'd win several awards.

LOL is that why US want 6 way party talks for NK to stop developing nukes? Talk about hypocrisy. Hey American dip stick please get rid of your WMD's and maybe you won't get sanctioned.

I would have a detailed rebuttal to this post, but I am still in awe of your awesome acting. Kudos! Maybe they can cast you as the next villain in Batman or something!

Except that South Korea wishes to avoid an all-out conflict as well. South Korea's biggest concern is the well-being of their people & their economy. As stated several times in this thread, all the North Korean artilleries pointing at Seoul (~10 million people in Seoul commons, ~24 million people if greater metro area is included) is the biggest risk, not to mention that the core of the economy and major South Korean businesses (i.e. Samsung, LG, Hyundai) are based in Seoul.

South Korea knows that they have to respond to the attack, but it'll probably be in the form of further sanctions.

Kim Jong Dillpickle is the one who causes the people of North Korea to starve. It is his action or inaction that is entirely to blame.

Capitalism is extension of slavery.

In saying that, you prove yourself wrong. Capitalism is part of a free system that acknowledges your inherent right to speak your opinion. South Korea, a capitalist country, allowed you to come to the United States, another capitalist country, where you are allowed to post whatever you want. North Korea, lacking capitalism, and lacking freedom, wouldn't even let you leave the country, nor is your right to free speech acknowledged.

Capitalism is not part of any free system. It's not free. Nothing is free! Free doesn't exist it's just another word to put you in check in part of that equation.

The ones who stole all the capital use capital to drive workers. The ones who were unfortunate to be born without capital are slaves in your system. That's extension of slavery!
