It's pretty heavily implied in your posts. You're just being evasive. If you aren't intending to imply his guilt, directly or otherwise, why don't you clarify your position in straight, no uncertain terms?

thats what she does. Imply something many times. then when called on it say "i didn't say that!" .

arguing with her is futile. she is fucked batshit crazy.

Random 2min bit by Louis C.K. on a girl's cavalier attitude regarding rape. Irrelevant to the topic at hand, but hilarious:

The only thing sad is that an innocent man's name was dragged through the mud and that the woman responsible will likely get away with it without so much as a slap on the hand.

No it doesn't. This isn't 1950. We're smack dab in the middle of a second sexual revolution where women proudly and blatantly display their crave for sex. It's a wonderful time to be alive.

"Compelled to cry rape"? Are you insane? This is an adult woman, not a female toddler incapable of making reasoned decisions. She did something embarrassing and then tried to throw an innocent man under the proverbial bus "rather than face the overly harsh consequences."

Just as the man would have been held accountable for his actions had he actually raped her, she must be accountable for being a lying fraud who has no qualms about destroying a man's life in favor of saving herself 5 minutes of Youtube embarrassment.

Why some people apologize so ferociously for society's miscreant females is beyond me.

She had no choice! Otherwise our misogynistic society would have forever ridiculed her simply for having had a little sex in public, just because she's a WOMYN!

What part of "no" don't you understand?

"Declined to file charges" is not a declaration of innocence - for him or for her. If one side or the other produces new evidence, that could change at any time.

Are you still insisting that he raped her?

Justice isn't fully served until the woman gets charged with a crime. Crying false rape should be treated seriously.

I agree but too many people would cry foul if women like this were criminally charged. This woman gets to take refuge behind the male guilt and feminism that drive the unsubstantiated claim that real rape victims won't come forward in a system that prosecutes false accusations.

I'm no lawyer but I would think he could press civil charges right?

Yeah i would think he can sue her. the police are in the clear though.

not when she's had a glass of wine, she's not :awe:

because that's rape:colbert:

I'm unclear why anyone would call this rape based on the evidence. What kind of person would even suggest such a thing?

I also wish there were consequences for this women trying to ruin this mans life. Can he sue her for libel or something?

I don't think it's irrelevant at all. Every single woman I've dated and the one I married have all had rape fantasies. I think it really drives home the point that if a woman decides to end your shit she can and there will be plenty of people out there who are all too happy to accommodate her.

I think for most men this case is downright maddening and scary. Absent video evidence and witnesses this guy would be up a creek right quick and he'd be forgotten about even quicker.

FFS you have the "victim" gripping his head like she's trying to clear a 7 - 10 split, yanking his face into her crotch, smiling, kissing him after the fact, and voluntarily leaving with him. Yet you still have these whackjobs out there who just won't accept that this is a simple case of buyer's remorse / morning regret.

The whole situation and the people who validate it are absolutely disgusting.

Yeah i would think he can sue her. the police are in the clear though.

Sorry that's what I meant. Press charges against her for defamation.

So basically you agree that a signed consent contract is not a sufficient defense against a rape accusation.

Not surprising since you also apparently believe that a video that clearly shows consensual sex is not enough to show rape didn't occur either.

Give this man a medal. Spot on. Pay attention, pussified men.

lol, that's the state all of us are in. We are all innocent until proven guilty 😉

Man in the video = innocent

If he is innocent, based on the lack of charges against him, then SO IS SHE.

Or you can use logic, which simply says there's not enough evidence to charge either of them. Any further assumptions are just that.

Nice strawman. Your post wasn't about a "signed consent contract". If you are unable to defend what you wrote, because you don't understand who has the right to say "no", then you won't. Actions speak louder than words.

no, she is guilty of falsely accusing him of rape. wtf did he do to potentially ruin someone's life?

Only to people who don't take the time to actually read them. The only posts I offered were regarding possibilities, as the full set of facts are still unknown, even after the decision of the grand jury was made public.

If you want to believe something different, go right ahead. There are several here who need to make things up to be pissed off about. Says more about them than it does about me.

She accused an innocent man of rape. You don't find that wrong?
