I wasn't too interested in picking up GRAW2 after salivating over GRAW1 and Vegas, it's just too soon. But if I had a Fry's anywhere remotely near to me, I think I'd pick it up for $35 via price match. Great price.

I don't know if I'll ever pick it up. My biggest regret in buying a game for my 360 so far was buying GRAW 1... I guess I could trade that in on it

GRAW1 was cool dood Loved that game, need to get that extra content they made available a few months ago...but think GRAW2 will end up eating all my time.

I was able to pick it up yesterday, its the same as the old game, it looks better because its 1080i.

If an Xbox 360 game that can do 1080p is run on a TV that can only do 1080i, does the 360 do any kind of deinterlacing/3:2 pulldown reversal, and convert to 1080p, as mentioned here on wikipedia?
Or would the 360 only run it at 1080i?

I dont really understand any of what RagingBITCH is saying, but there are a few 1080P games out now for it.
Google '1080p games for xbox 360'. Articles mention a couple first games. Plus since then I noticed in the store last night that GRAW2 and Battlestations Midway say 1080p. If you click tech info on their pages on gamespot, it says so as well.

Um, all I'm saying is, how can you run a game in 1080p when your TV doesn't support 1080p? A 360 will output a 1080p game in 1080p assuming your TV supports it.

no, i know for a fact, if your tv DOES NOT support 1080p and you set your 360 to 1080p, it will be like you switching to the hbo channels in hdtv and you dont perscribe to them, the picture will be all distorted beyond belief and the sound will go crazy with white static, then you will have to reset you xbox back 480i/p to then switch it back to its appropriate setting (720/1080)
