Well, I played some Ghost Recon 2 last night and it just seems a bit "meh" to me after playing Vegas for a while. Anyone else feel the same way?

No he's a pussy and only plays that map. He's getting married in Vegas this weekend, so you may/may not see him online tomorrow. You might see him a lot less after he gets married.

Have you tried R6 with the patch yet? They balanced out the weaps and made some tweaks.

Well I downloaded Worms last night and the game just doesn't feel right. It feels... boring compared to the Worms I'm used to (mostly Worms Armageddon). I think it's because of the 50MB limit and the lack of extra music. I enjoyed the peppy-ish menu music for WA.

I also purchased the DDRU songs and do find it a bit annoying that a game with around 60 standard songs for $50 (the price without the pad).. it costs $10 for 10 songs. Oh well =\

really? i haven't played r6 in so freaking long (since my gold membership expired). any more details on the weapons balanced and other tweaks?

of course i've tried it with the patch.

the mp7a1 (as well as other SMGs) was cut down a bit but is still awesome.

grenades aren't quite as deadly as before.

shotguns don't have as long of a range, either, which is GOOD.

i'll post other things as I think of them. basically all of the guns were tweaked...

It seems that Microsoft's decision to expand the size restriction of Xbox Live Arcade games has become a double-edged sword, especially to fans of sword-swinging, skull-crushing adventure, Castle Crashers. After congratulating The Behemoth's Dan Paladin on the team's IGF award win at the Wednesday evening's ceremony, we enquired about the game's release timeframe and were met with less than pleasing information.

Mr. Paladin noted that the XBLA title still had "about a year of development left," thus placing the completed Castle Crashers in 2008 at the earliest. Disappointing news, certainly, but not entirely without one of those consolatory silver linings that people love to point and stare at. When Joystiq asked about the length of the game, Paladin noted that the 100MB boost in the XBLA size limit had allowed The Behemoth to include even more content and features in the game, making it a fuller and more satisfying adventure overall.

It's amazing that a game intended to be low-cost and low-space can take so long to code in today's world of the mega-developments. How long before we start seeing $20 and $25 Live Arcade games?

EDIT: I was watching the YouTube video on that site, and I LOVE the backgrounds. However, it doesn't appear to be a game that I hate to wait for. I'll be more interested when it gets closer to release.

Just curious, if you don't level up your guy in crack down 100% by the time you beat the game, is it possible to get 100% just finding the orbs then? Like shooting and driving, I havent leveled up that much, was just curious

Yes, you can turn crime on and get the same skills as before, or just play coop.

You also get skill points in time trial, single player and coop.
