Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. I hope you enjoy spending time with your loved ones.

I'm really not sure what to make of the Cardinals right now. I have faith in every facet of the team to the point that I was sure we'd at least play in our own Super Bowl. Then Palmer went down.

I do not have faith in Stanton.

Don't get me wrong, as far as back ups go he's a damn fine one and I wouldn't wanna lose him. But aside from some amazing gun slinging skills, he is sloppy. The games he won while Palmer was out were won more on defense than anything else. Now that it's his ship and we're heading into choppy waters, I don't know that we can cover up his ineffectiveness. I also don't know that he's getting any better.

*sigh*

That said, me thinks we'll beat the Falcons, especially now that San Fran and Seattle are turning up the heat a bit - I don't think we have many freebies left. But I could see it being an uncomfortably close game.

wow really disappointed there was no jab at rg3 in the title ... where is rudeguy to make a thread when you need him!

No major upsets this week, but I like the Bills at home against the Browns.

The Thanksgiving games essentially make NE vs GB a national game. At least 5 potentially great games this week.

Seattle at San Francisco 8:30 NBC - SF really needs this, but I think Seattle knows they need it as well. Close one, but Russell Wilson is going to take this on his back and win it for Seattle.

Megatron seems to be beat up, per the thread title, thanks to his quarterback, IMO.

Always thought it was better to lead him on passes to get YAC yards, or do some back-shoulder throws to prolong his career, but Stafford is just too flipping inaccurate and always has been.

Those "jump balls" are catching up with him.

Time the meal just perfectly to be finishing up by the time Dallas starts thrashing the Eagles! Still worried about the game though. >_<

Was wondering when they would let Stafford be Stafford, and its paying off a bit (though against a bad Bears D).

Glad to get that monkey off our backs and score some TDs. Our team can play looser with less pressure now and hopefully, get the game won.

Heading out to a friend's house for the feast in about an hour. Think I'll just grab a plate when I get there and park in front of the TV at 4:30.

Wow. Just wow. Detroit was trying to give the game away early on, but Chicago said no thanks.

So, apparently, if you're a QB and you duck your head to the level of your chest when you're about to get hit, it is a penalty...

Dallas being Dallas though. =(

Eagles are playing pretty good and exposing some of Dallas' terrible defense. They are getting far too much chunk yardage and playing pretty good defense, so Dallas isn't able to score like they should.

girls looked bad pretty much from the beginning and never got anything going together. iggles didn't even look all that dominant to make it even worse.

49'ers lucky to be w/in 2 possessions- I have a feeling the second half may not be as one sided (thought I hope it is...)

Kaepernick just seems off- I haven't watched him much this year but almost all throws are not even close tonight

Gotta think Kaepernick's pride is fucking with him- why keep throwing @ Sherman? Yeah I know I'm talking to myself here
