Hmm, may get the Hitman collection since I lost my Hitman 2 disc (one of my favouritest games ever) and have always wanted to play Bloodlines.

Supreme Commander 2 any good? I mean $3.74...

as for someone who liked the jedi bundle the other day when it was down to 10, thinking at 5 it's a sure buy.
 
just saw on another forum that the graxia one has an expansion coming out next month'ish.

also saw discussion that the greece one that was on sale yesterday has a gold version coming out. something about adding a sandbox mode to it and having a max price of $10 if you own the previous version.
 
Supreme Commander 2 sucks balls. If you have any other RTS just play that instead, even if you played it a metric shit ton of hours, it will be better then SC2 can ever hope to be.

Has anyone played any of the Theater of War games? They look interesting

Is Far Cry 2 worth it? Have wanted to try it for awhile now. The Jedi Knight Collection is a must buy for me today. Anything else a must have?

Anyone played Theatre of War? How is it?
And what about C&C4? I liked 3 but it couldn't hold my attention for much.
 
Didn't some of the newer C&C games have some sort of always connected DRM?

How do you tell if you can gift something you already have if it is part of a pack? Stalker Pripyat is the one I don't have yet, so I would like to gift a second copy of shadow of chernobyl if possible.

C&C4 has that always on crap, it is a turd of a game anyways.

You can't gift the extra copy of Stalker. 95% of the time if you buy a bundle/pack you wont be able to gift the extra copy of a game you own from it already. If you can it will tell you that you can gift it. Generally the only games you can gift are HL2 and HL2 Ep1, and usually when you get a free game when you preorder a game, for example earlier in the year when Dawn of War 2 Chaos Rising went up for preorder, you got Saints Row 2 for free, if you already had SR2 you could gift it, but it did say it was giftable on the page as well before you purchased it.

Yeah for the price it is worth it. I have fun just roaming around aimlessly in Farcry 2, enjoying the graphics and shooting and blowing shit up. It's worth it.

any experience on the jedi Knight series working with win7 64x, or even less recent OS? I seem to remember stumbling across complaints here and there trying to install the older Jedi Knight games on current OS.

I mean--hell, Dark Forces came out in ~96-98, right? I remember being quite fun for the time.

Just run it in compatibility mode and it'll run fine. I ran Dark Forces 2 earlier this year and it ran fine. It supports Vista so it should have no problem running on W7.
