Well I picked up PVZ for $4. Considering Dead Space, but probably not going to go for it.
Is it worth 4 dollars im debating.... I am picking up 2 of the brother in arms I have the last one which I thought was pretty good and for that price id pick it up.
These are the best games on sale today (you should buy ALL of these):
Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Dead Space
Plants vs. Zombies
Games that should be avoided:
Kane & Lynch 2
Sniper: Ghost Warrior
Bummer, if I would've waited a few weeks I could've bought the game at $4.80 instead of $10.
I haven't even played it yet.
I'm gonna take a look at the Quake collection when I get home...somehow, despite being a PC gamer since the early 90's, I've managed to NOT play any of id's games. I picked up the Doom pack yesterday.

Whaaaaaaaaat? Not sure how you managed that one, but definitely you should pick them up. Not sure why Quake 4 isn't available on Steam though.
Yeah I've been gaming on the PC since 1994. Dialup BBS playing Doom 2. Fun times. Can't imagine someone going through the 90's PC gaming, especially shooters, and not playing any iD games.
Be warned, the first 2 Brothers in Arms games (EIB and RTH30) don't work on Vista or Win7 at all because of their Starforce DRM. The third game, Hell's Highway, works OK.
I don't have any experience with any of the games, but found the above on the Steam forums.
Oh wow, good to know. What a joke.

Hmm, Dead Space is tempting. :hmm:
City Of Heroes is a subscription/MMO thing, right?
