If your copy does not include the code, you will receive an email within the next 3 days with your unique code to access it. Well, I tried redeeming the golden gun code, but the server seems down.

Are they THAT good that people for some reason are paying $30 for them?
 
There are some hitting $40 already...were I you I'd put it as a Buy It Now since most on there are for bidding on.

It's not that they're good, people just want what they can't get. When Gears 2 came out I sold my Golden Hammerburst code for like $10, I could have grabbed a handful when I picked the game up.

You can earn them in MP only, not in SP. The code is for SP.

Just put mine up for $35 BIN. Golden guns are cool, but to make the net cost of this game to $0 would be freaking awesome.

Lets see...
$60-$25 GC (from amazon rewards) - $20 GC (from ordering the game) - ~$30 (after ebay fees) = -$15. Nice

On a side note... ebay charges 15% for fees now on video game stuff?! Holy crap, no wonder why I don't sell much there any more.

Massive plagarization of my Ebay auction! :awe: (kidding) I can't say much though since I used your pic of the card.

Yeah, the fees suck but even so if I could get even $5 for the code I'd sell it.

It'll be gone in a few mins. Buddy of mine just put his up for $40 and it was gone in 11 mins.

Yeah, mine went for $40 too.

Did the buyer for yours leave the payment as a pending balance? Just wondering. I can see why they did it, they want to make sure the code is valid, but it seems like it would be real easy to rip off the seller by just saying it didn't work, then the code is useless.

Hopefully the buyer wouldn't do that, they have 100% feedback with over 80 left, just makes me nervous.
 
So far the game has been pretty fun. There's been a few little problems I've had but nothing really that bad. For example I was just riding along exploring when I heard a lady yelling for help cause her wagon was stolen. I caught up to the wagon, killed the guy and when I got off my horse to drive the wagon back, my horse just ran straight towards the wagon, knocking it over and destroying it, then turned around and walked back to me.

edit: just did another one of these things where I had to save a guy's horse. As soon as I killed the guy that stole it, the horse walked straight into the river and died.

Crap. No code in my game box. I'd sell it on ebay if it was worth $10 let alone $35, sheesh. I emailed Amazon and hopefully they will get this resolved.
 
well here are my impressions so far.. ill sum it up real simple.

gta meets wild west. plain and simple.
if you dont like the gta style game you wont like this

if you found gta multiplayer bad this is exactly the same.

now that said... i think i am only going to play the single player and be done with the game. the multiplayer is just bad. same boring stuff that gta was. i would rather be playing bc2 or mw2.

thats just my opinion. i did enjoy the mexican standoffs. thats kinda fun. the gameplay online the exact same as gta and i didnt enjoy that... oh well. they got me hooked with the trailers and hype.

i will say i am very dissapointed that i bought this game thinking i was going to get a great multiplayer experiance... i just dont think sandbox games are for me.

oh well.

heres hoping that i will enjoy the single player more.
