Swearing on a bible is bullshit. President Shit-For-Brains did the same and proceeded to gut the constitution. Im an atheist, does this mean i should swear on a bible too?

Question:

Biden has been sworn in as the new vice-president, but Obama has not yet been sworn in.

If an attack would take place and Obama would be killed, would Biden be president, would Bush be president with Biden as vice-president, or would Bush/Cheney still hold power?

yes, its stated in the constitution that he became president at 12:00pm est. CNN did the same thing.
