Toronto looked good.
Reimer looked really good.
Wow. You forgot "unnecessary" though.
I don't know about unnecessary. How many people actually like Steve Ott?
woot, Wings seem to be coming out of their funk. Stopped the Caps from going 10 straight
http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=556289&cmpid=rss-rosenStarting tonight, players suspected of having a concussion will be removed from the game and sent to a quiet place free from distraction so they can be examined by the on-site team physician. The physician will use the Sports Concussion Assessment Tool test to evaluate the player. Symptoms include loss of consciousness, motor incoordination or balance problems, a blank or vacant look, slow to get up after a hit to the head, disorientation, clutching of the head after a hit or visible facial injury in combination with another symptom.
Philly should get a little breathing room tonight and beat Atlanta in a rematch of last week's sorry ass OT loss.
Gustaffson is called up to replace Pronger and will probably be paired with Carle to ease the transition. Also Lav is trying some new sht to get the Flyers going like a 3 Center line (briere/carter/giroux). Strange but it worked.
The new concussion protocol is now in effect and may force teams to bring a physician with them on the road (like Chicago). Definitely a step in the right direction.
