this loss was worse than the packers loss. This is a game they needed. This is not a playoff team. As rob said tho nobody is playing winning ball.

Just an awful game to lose. This one is squarely on Cutlet. Forte has a share but stupid. Just stupid. Ditka would have set the building on fire today.

they had the game. the first half they looked dominating. 2nd half? it looked like a different team.

I am not impressed with trestman as Head coach. he guts the D, the Offense is just as bad (they either dominate or get manhandled) and terrible clock management. though i admit far better then Lovie.

Man the Saints have just fallen apart. After LSU got smacked around yesterday, people are going to want blood.

Cowboys deserved to lose. They tried again and again to give that game away...but hey. I'll take it, especially considering they're at Seattle next week.

Lots of close games, 2 OT games already, this shit must be killing those wagering on the games!..

EDIT:, "sources" tell ESPN that Brady is unhappy with whats been happening in NE, the stupid roster moves by BB, they had the same OL coach sine '82 and he retired last year, his replacement is lost, Dante Scarnecchia was the best in the business, he had a knack of taking average players and making them great players, he was the reason Brady usually had a good O-line to play behind. Yes, Brady is getting older and he now looks to get rid of it ASAP but can you blame him, he was not gifted with an athletic body and the pounding has to be taking a toll, even worse was his "cap-friendly" renegotiation of his contract so they could keep guys like Welker and Mankins around but the arrogance of BB and Kraft must have him fuming at this point, specially when he looks at PM's situation in Denver where Elway has done everything possible to get to and win a SB while Kraft and BB look for the cheapest way possible..http://espn.go.com/boston/nfl/story/_/id/11646779/tension-tom-brady-new-england-patriots-impact-quarterback-future-team

Hey, the Saints have a decent running back. Time to trade him for a 50% off Taco Bell coupon.

Yeah, this is totally going to be the game of "should SF have kept Smith".

But why? It isn't like Smith and Kaep are playing against each other. It's one against the other's defense, which determines to a large degree the level of success each have.

I understand why people would say SF should have kept Smith, but it really doesn't make a whole lot of sense really. It's not like Smith was Aaron Rogers and Kaep was David Carr.

Yeah, and the Lions ended up losing an FG, and missed 3. Sure, our Division is terrible as of now...losing bad games, in terrible fashion, I don't see anything happening until probably after week 8.

Go get Prater, we need him.

So this is what it comes down to, Alex will have to beat the refs too. They got one earlier, now another generous first down.

It's just silly because Kaepernick's salary and the KC draft picks made it such an easy decision to keep Kaepernick and trade Smith. I'm not a fan of Kaepernick but Smith wasn't exactly a worldbeater either.

Holding? What holding? I just picked up my flag. See that? No holding.

Wait, so there was a holding, and then the guy that recovered his own fumble went out of bound. But it's OK, it's the new NFL, where the refs make the rules as they go along.

I also love it how Jamaal was on the ground, and someone jumped on him, and Jamaal got up, and he got the flag...

That TD drive should be credited to the refs.
