I'm waiting for the Tebow apologists to come forward and place blame on Coach Fox or Saturday Night Live or the Devil himself.

from what i can tell, when he sits out most of the game and only plays one quarter, he wins. who wouldn't? he's fresh as a daisy while everyone else is tired.

this is what happens when he has to play the entire game.

The point isn't that Tebow is great...the point is that the word "great" is even used at all when talking about him.

I'm pretty sure the Tebow "haters" have been around all along.

Pats lock up the first round bye. Ugly start for the offense, but expected given all the injuries to the O-line.

nope. i have always said the guy sucks as a Qb. great running back though. He has god awful accuracy. he will NEVER be a elite level QB. but he will be a good one because he is big and can run.

though he is far above the Bears QB heinei heh

I can appreciate talent at any level and respect Tebow as a gifted athlete. However, I am not a Bronco fan and look at his progress as a sculpture only half finished. The Broncos are a transitional team and there are many things to be fixed.

They need to swap Tebow to FB or LB or TE and get a real QB. I respect that he does his best, but his talents are wasted at QB. That's the real focus of the issue...nobody would think less of Karl Mecklenburg or Shannon Sharpe if they couldn't throw a perfect spiral.

What is Tebow doing at quarterback? They should have had this talk on draft day. If they'd put him where he belongs, maybe we could have had both his fire and Orton's arm. Orton to Tebow over the middle? Smells like money.

For the Cowboys, this game became meaningless when the Giants won against the Jets. Whether or not Dallas won against Philly, that means the game next week will determine NFC-East champion either way.

Philly looks like they are giving 200% every play, as I predicted they take this as their super bowl. Dallas would be wise to just let them have it with little effort. Not worth injuries/etc for a scrub game.

Tebow would be a monster tight end. Something on the level of Gronk or Witten.

that depends on how his hands are. can he catch with a 250lb linebacker about to hit him? he has been a QB his whole life not sure how he would take the beating a FB or TE do.

he will be a asset to many teams at QB. his accuracy is not great but not the worst. but the threat of him running messes with defenses.

maybe with time his accuracy will get better (not likely). he was 13 for 30 with 185 yards. the 4 picks killed them though.

That rule for fumbling out of bounds at the goal line is weird. It's a touchback to the defending team?

Yeah that is a little odd, but I thought it was funny. This is a weird game as it has zero true meaning for either team at this point. The Eagles are out of the playoffs already, and a W wouldn't help Dallas in any way for the division, that will be determined at NY win or lose here. Philly obviously views this as something of their superbowl, but the game so far has included a whole lot of strange events.

Such a shame Philly had so many fourth quarter meltdowns, because with their play the second half of the season (and division record), I think it's a pretty solid statement to say that they're the best team in the NFC East. Not saying as much in years past as the NFC is a bit weak, but a shame that Philly has picked up some momentum toward the end of the season.

We don't really know for sure if his hands are good enough for TE, but he can definitely take a beating. His focus and drive combined with his size and speed make defenders think thrice before taking him head on. He plays like a rabid bear...take off the chains and put him somewhere where he can use his hunger. That's why I like him at LB...doesn't need hands, and he can do more reacting than planning.

I wouldn't say the NFC is a bit weak, Green Bay & New Orleans are probably the top 2 teams in the NFL. San Francisco beatdown a top AFC team (Pittsburgh). Atlanta is a very solid football team (probably most balanced overall) and Detroit is dangerous with their weapons. The only thing weak is the NFC East.
