Yep. I'm fine with what happened. It was during a live ball play. If it was a ball carrier or tackle then I'd scream foul. But coaches were behind the line and just standing there. You don't get to run that far out of bounds during a live ball and not expect something to happen to you. The same happens in every other sport there is. That's WHY there is the buffer zone in football.

Notice ALL coaches are behind the line by a matter of inches? They know the rules and so should the miami player.

Sorry but the assistant coach stuck his knee out across the white border to interfere with the player. He even admitted it after the game. He'll be fired.

that is pretty laughable

Yeah, he's pretty sophomoric; but, he's still very young, and he's coming off a 4 catch for 210 yards and a TD game.. I'm sure he's pretty pumped up.

He had just outrun their whole worthless secondary on a bad ankle. He gets to do whatever the fuck he wants.

Stay Classy NY Jets!!!

Jets' coach Sal Alosi trips Nolan Carroll

"I made a mistake that showed a total lapse in judgment," Alosi said in a statement. "My conduct was inexcusable and unsportsmanlike and does not reflect what this organization stands for. I spoke to Coach [Tony] Sparano and Nolan Carroll to apologize before they took off. I have also apologized to Woody [Johnson], Mike [Tannenbaum] and Rex [Ryan]. I accept responsibility for my actions as well as any punishment that follows."

"They're cheaters," Dolphins inside linebacker Channing Crowder said. "They do what they do. They cheat. They talk junk. But we beat the hell out of them today.

"I wish they'd tripped me. I'd have broken that old man's leg. I didn't see anything. He stuck his leg out and tripped him? He should be ashamed of himself. A grown man from the coaching staff? That's high character."

Running back Ricky Williams said: "It's the Jets right? We're not surprised."

the first rule of being out of bounds is, you don't talk about being out of bounds.
the second rule of being out of bounds is, you don't talk about being out of bounds.
the third rule of being out of bounds is, you may get jacked up if you go out of bounds.

Being tripped while looking the other way is not getting jacked up, it's a cheapshot.

Hey, the rest of the league can rest easy. The Patriots only have something like 6 picks in the first 3 rounds of the upcoming draft.

Being a poor winner is inexcusable - I'd have been fine with someone ending his season after that stunt. As a matter of fact, on the next Eagles possession, it looked like D. Ware was about to do that when Jackson went down to avoid the hit.

I'm still heartbroken over the Packers lost.
I knew the Lions were due though. They aren't nearly as bad as their record shows. But why did it have to be against my Packers? Stupid Rodgers and not sliding!

Pats, Giants, Bears are left. They could end up 8-8?!?! Ugh.

I didn't watch any football yesterday, but at any rate, I am still laughing at the Jets.

Next week is the season for the Colts.

I won't be heart broken if the Colts don't make the playoffs, but I'll miss a Pats vs. Indy matchup in the post season 🙁
