Season, yeah, I think so. Post merger, no - offhand, I know the Patriots vs. Titans 2009 had a 59-0 with 5 TD passes in the second quarter, and there may have been something bigger.

Well, they're practically half way there and only 1/4 of the way through the game. I wouldn't be so sure.
