This is a big start for Randy Johnson. He's pitching against the Brewers and has already given up 2 runs in the first inning. He can't use that "I'm keeping the team in the game" garbage..he's gotta be dominant. So far he isn't. If I was a yankees fan I would be furious right about now.

I am furious. :|
Yankees lose this game and they fall under 500. UNTHINKABLE with the payroll they have. Yankee PITCHERS have a bigger combined payroll than most TEAMS in the majors besides for 3 (I think), and hitters are hitting a higher average against them than EVERY OTHER PITCHING STAFF IN BASEBALL aside from the Reds. It's inexcusable and humiliating.

I think they gave up on Vazquez too quickly but remember that the Yanks thought they were getting the dominant Randy Johnson who pitched a perfect game last season not the "I'm keeping my team in the game" Randy Johnson.

Randy is barking at the home plate umpire. I don't see Doug Davis bitching and moaning.

If you saw the 2 pitches he was barking about, it DID look like he was being squeezed.

Blame Torre for this fiasco_Ohhh and also blame the crappy overpaid bullpen they got.

Who to blame on the yanks side?

1)Giambi- Williams -Martinez Those 3 are the Yanks problem on offence.

2)Their starting pitcher( beside Wang)

Mussina do nothing this year.In fact he is as declining as last year.

Big Unit?I think that trade is a waste. They wasted VAZQUEZ for a soon to be finish superstar pitcher.

Brown...hmmm haha

Pavano...well hes back at the real Pavano, the 2004 Pavano was on steroid :D

Relief pitchers?Beside Rivera,Gordon and Sturtz....ITS ALL CRAPPPPP!

A team can live with 6 great hitters if 3 arent following...but cant survive if they got 5 ordinary starting pitcher and a below average bullpen.

TORRE OUT!

Torre is a horrible manager this year, but he's a great manager the previous 10? Sorry, I don't buy it.

Another homer off Randy. This is a train wreck.

Homerun by Jeff Cerillo.. Unit has given up plenty of homers so far this season.

Too bad Chien-Ming Wang can't pitch everyday. I think Wang is quite good and is the most consistant starter in the rotation...watch the Yanks trade him for an old bum. KEEP WANG AND CANO YANKEES.. NO PANIC TRADES!

Torre need to move.Because he is doing a bad job? No, but they need to shake the team. And kissing goodbye to Torre might be the push the Yanks need.I think he did a great job helping the yanks winning 15 out of last 17 games before the bad stuff start appearing again.

This team is horrible this year. I'm sorry, but even if they make the playoffs they're not winning anything. I'm a die hard Yankee fan but this reminds me of the 80s and early 90s.

Yup. Thing is, the late '80s Yanks were not expected to win, they didn't have enough talent.

This home plate ump sucks. Jeter should've been called out before he actually struck out.

Yanks lose to the Brew Crew. Geoff Jenkins with a nice running catch to end it.

I wonder if Randy will say he "kept his teammates in the game".
