Dexter Fowler is going to be a monster.

You heard it here first, I could easily see the Rockies with 3 or even 4 players with 40 homeruns this year. Dex, Tulo and Cargo with perhaps Willin Rosario.

People were all over Mike Trout last year, and deservedly so, but most didn't even notice our rookie Rosario who was 2 HR's shy of Trout with 28 and did it in 22 fewer games.

I'll just say it now. All 4 of those get 40 HR's this year 😛

I can see why Rosario could have been a break-out candidate...if he learned to take a pitch, he could be real good. But the complete lack of progression (regression, really) in BB% and K% aren't exactly inspiring. Still good production from a catcher.

Fowler has given consistent decent production, but wtfbbq40HRs. Not sure where that came from. The guy will never hit 20, guaranteed.

Fowler has given consistent decent production, but wtfbbq40HRs. Not sure where that came from. The guy will never hit 20, guaranteed.

If he had a healthy season I could see him as a 20 20 guy... but only for the rockies. That stadium has the amazing ability of making people power hitters. That being said, will Fowler have a completely healthy season ever? He has been injury prone. He's hitting the age where some players naturally find their power anyway.

Tonight starts an important series for the Rays against the Red Sox. Unfortunately, we're slumping and they're still playing well. Ugh!

Glad they realized going to the fall classic 2 years straight was totally unbecoming of their franchise.

Wow, pretty much every AL team except the hapless Yankees is still alive for the 2nd wild card spot.

And as ESPN reported, the Nats have been on fire and have slim hopes of sneaking in if an NL Central team collapses.

The Dodgers may have peaked too early and won't win a pennant.

The new ownership and GM obviously were super important, but they weren't the reasons the team went from last to first in just this season.

I have an irrational hate for everything TB Rays. Their toilet ballpark and it's empty seats, their ridiculous cowbells, and Fernando Rodney's fucking cap!
