Microsoft's been such a mess, it seems. I think they made a mistake in announcing Scorpio and S together. The thing is, they try to tell people that Scorpio will be a "premium" console, so when it comes out, I could see a lot of folks shocked by a $500-600 price tag and going One S instead. However, because that stuff isn't known yet, they'll pass on the One S in anticipation, even if it is priced in a way that ultimately pushes those folks to the cheaper model.
The games reflected the horrors of slashing first-party studios left and right. Dead Rising 4 was the only new thing shown, and I can't even feign mild interest in that. ReCore interests me less as TPS #521 than when I thought "this might be a new, exciting type of game." Gears is just Gears, and with how I didn't care for Gears 3's campaign, and with the fact I dislike Horde, I don't know if I'd bother with it.
FH3 interests me because Australia's a great choice for the game. However, I didn't like the driving style of FH2 (want something more reckless/fun, in the old NFS sense of things), and I worry FH3 will similarly feel like it's holding you back from being too crazy. I'll get it either way, not enough coming out for me to play as it is.
Sea of Thieves? The video was cool, but I worry that game will be really boring without a bunch of folks to play with and talk to. Phantom Dust? I don't care about that. Crackdown? I don't care, plus it's delayed. $80 painted controller? Neat concept, but I have enough as it is. $200 Gears Elite controller? Blow it out your ass, Microsoft, since you give a 90-day warranty on the things and don't do repairs, leaving customers out $150 when the thing falls apart.
