Where can I find out what all the other medals are that I haven't gotten yet? I haven't even gotten half of them, I'd like to know what the hell they are 😛

I used one of the shitty guides + youtube video.. It wasnt too hard to figure them out with both, but only using one or the other would have been tough.

i have all the skulls and scoring LOL arnt actually hard to do i can eaisily show anyone how to get all the skulls, in about an hour

scoring is easy with 5 skulls on and normal you blow away the scores needed for the acheivments

there is a site with good descriptions of them, its that site that was started during the beta to find them all name eludes me ATM

go to the dashboard and then gamerscore and select Halo 3, itl list them there

😛 I know how to see the achievements, I"m actually referring to the in-game medals for doing random things such as sticking someone.

I don't mind helping at all 😛 I've helped at least 3 other people get them all. I have them memorized, the first time it was a pain pausing and rewinding the youtube vid on my laptop for each skull.
It also helps to have more people to get the IWHBYD skull, only because it can take a bit longer by yourself.

Maybe it's because I never played Halo 2, but I have to say the $50 I spent on Halo 3 is the best $50 I've ever spent on a game.

It is annoying when people don't work as a team, because it's very obvious from the score when one team is working together and the other is not. But I'm still having a lot of fun. I also play a lot of custom games with a group of guys who use all kinds of crazy settings to make interesting game variants.

and also, if you're playing co-op then only one person needs to pick up the skull and you all get it. My friend got them all and he has to work on getting them quite a lot. Then when I played with him he just did it himself and I still got the achievement.

Take charge, be the team leader. If they're not working together, tell them what to do. Most people I play with are willing to do things differently when they're losing.

It is annoying playing with people without headsets though. No idea why people would want to play without headsets. Yeah, there are some annoying kids, but overall it's better than not having a headset.

Team work is one of the biggest problems that I have with team slayer.
I was playing with a team tonight who just wouldn't play as a team. I kept telling them that we need to stick together instead of going off by ourselves and getting destroyed. One guy even called the other team stupid because every time he attacked them, all 4 of them were together...

Work is progressing on new maps for future downloadable content, with the design and art teams vigorously engaged in the process. More entertainingly however, the ad-hoc test team of Bungie staff is enjoying these new maps greatly. My favorites are what I have already nicknamed Jodrell Bank and Moonbase Alpha.

I ?invented? a game type on Jodrell Bank which is actually just Team Slayer with Swords and Snipers. Thanks to some unique geographical features of that map, it works great. Moonbase Alpha, on the other hand is best suited to objective games, like CTF and Assualt, but it has some natural deadlocks that make Slayer interesting and Infection terrifying.

Which reminds me of one more downloadable map. The scariest map of all time. Dark, frightening and surprisingly enormous. One of the scariest things that has ever happened to me (and this in a lifetime fraught with terror) was racing away from a marauding gang of zombies in Infection atop a Mongoose, only to have one leap out of the darkness ahead and unseat me with a throaty scream. I call that level John Carpenter?s Prince of Dorkness. It?s not as catchy as Jub Jub, but it?s every bit as accurate.

That's true. The only time I can get Infection is with a custom game. Either their matchmaking isn't working right or it isn't included in the rotation.

Also, since they've done the update, I've yet to play a game of shotty-snipers. Everything has been straight Team Slayer even when the map is vetoed.

yea i'm talking about it's not in any of their matchmaking playlists though.

Queasy yah I have definitely seen a lot more slayer, which is a good thing. I really hate shotty snipers though. I had it yesterday on High Ground and just got raped.

I like shotty snipers every now and then just to have a break from Team Slayer. Like it on Narrows the best.
