once you purchase it via steam, can you burn the install files onto a dvd so you don't have to download them again if you reinstall windows?

I remember somebody posting a screenshot of several buildings from HL2 that looked unnervingly real. Does anyone have the link to that? It was more photo-realistic than other HL2 screenshots I've seen.

CS: Source will come with all versions of the game. The various special versions will include HL: Source, DoD: Source, and a bunch of other goodies/useless stuff that I'll not hesitate to get . It's sad....
