Yep, 4 people find chest separately and player who find chest first invites everyone back in 🙂

I just gotta say, after three days of playing the new patch, this is like a whole new game. So many things were changed (for the better thus far), game looks better, and item drops make it just so much more fun to play.

I grabbed my old Wizard (lvl 60, but with junk gear) and within an hour of playing on Master, I went from doing 16k dmg with around 30k health, to 57k dmg and 123 health (Toughness of 776k!). It was very slow going only doing 16k dmg, but things got better quickly. I had played this char quite a bit before and had beat hell difficulty (inferno was too much, but my other chars played inferno only), but never found good gear really. My other chars bought most of their gear as opposed to finding it.

Anyway, just really happy with the new loot system. Even my more decked out chars are finding items that are better than what they had.
 
Got a question about the Mira run.

Torment III

- I start the game, talk to Cain
- talk to the Blacksmith
- Go to cellar, kill everythin, kill the wife, earn 4M XP.

- leave the game to menu
- reselect the right quest
- star the game .... kill the wife, earn 1M XP....????

What did I do wrong? Or is this normal?
 
^They nerfed Mira runs. However, you can do the same thing on the "Find the Cellar" question for non nerfed, repeatable XP. It is a bit longer, but contains more mobs, so the XP / hour is about equal IIRC.

I have a decently geared barb, monk, and wizard. I've been sticking to the wizard as of late, as it is easier to just blow mobs up and not take damage, rather than run in with my super nerfed life steal. =(

My chars are all low level but I'm wondering - how good is crafting? should I invest in it at all or just sell everything?

(I cannot use the RMAH since I don't have an option for their stupid SMS protect so I cannot transfer funds to my paypal. Their worthless battle.net balance doesn't allow me to buy RoS from the balance)

Anyway...I want to sell 500,000,000 gold for $43 paypal.

I want to do this here on the forum since I think there is less risk than trading on the D3 forums.

My idea is that you pay the amount to my paypal and you then put an item up on the GAH (I am on D3 US region server) which I will then buy for my 500,000,000 gold.

My ID on battle.net D3 is flexyana#1496

Please reply/msg to me about this here on the forum since I want to do this trade with a person which has some rep/post count.

Edit: AH 15% transaction fee, so I would make this 575,000,000 so you should get 500,000,000g after fees.

Currently I have about 1bil and this would be nice for me to buy RoS and you get 500M at a really good price! 🙂

Just FYI: To get 500M after the 15% AH cut, they'll actually need to post the b/o at 588,235,294 unless you're just hoping someone to be a little generous. 🙂

Does anyone know if you get a new colored shaped border thingy around your name when you reach x Paragon levels? I'm Paragon 251 and I'm sick of tired seeing the gold shaped spike. -_-

Everything? From repairing gear, making gems, using the mystic, imbuing items, transmogrifying items, everything. And you wont be able to sell items for big chunks of money anymore from the AH. So you will only have the gold that you find, or gold from selling items to the NPC's.
 
So as a new player, does it make sense to buy 50 million or so in the AH before it goes offline? Or earn it the old fashioned way?

Depends, do you want to feel you're playing the game and earning your own gold and actually know it's value and spend it intelligently in the process or do you want a shit load of gold puked in your mouth and dilute the game to loot runs and get bored after a month?

I'd never pay real money for false gold, even if it were $1 for 50000000000k millions.

But to each his own.

IMO, play the game and enjoy the experience.

Where do you see that? There is an option when I go to buy RoS that specifically allows battle.net balance.

I'm guessing your overseas from what I've read quick on google.

You're better off just grinding it out. You won't need 50 million any time soon.

Got 2 upgrades on my monk last night! Crazy, I know. Found some legendary shoulders that were just better than Vile Wards and found a ring that was just amazing. 300 + dex and vit, increased lightning damage AND a special effect that lightning damage has a 15% chance to stun. I might go back to Fist of Thunder now for the ultimate stun.
