i'll join as well, though I'm really not going to play till RoS hits. I want to start a crusader from the beginning and hulk smash everything. the paladin was the best in D2 IMO

Any place your recommend farming for xp? I have a level 60 wizard, which I stopped playing when it became obvious there was nothing to do pact act 1 inferno without abusing the auction house. Thus I am a level 60 with no paragon levels prior to today, and crappy gear.

I am getting ready prior to the expansion coming out.

I would focus on gear first. Try to play on as high a level as you can in a group without dying too many times. With the new loot system, you should be able to find upgrades fairly quickly. After that, you can then start to worry about efficient farm runs.

ACT 3 - Depths 2.
Mira runs - NERFED.
CHEST - NERFED.
Best XP runs right now is to do Depths 2 in ACT 3. I'm sure there are many more good XP spots. Anyone would like to share? 🙂

I don't know if i'm in the minority but for leveling I...play the game.

Not nearly as effective as XP runs but at least I get the feeling i'm playing a game and i'm not at work repeating the same stuff over and over again...

But I can understand it can appeal to many players and I respect everyone choices 😛

I did lots of runs when I was playing Titan Quest so I understand the worth of it but idk, i'm getting old and it's getting harder to keep me hooked.

No, you're not. I do the same. Doing the same runs over and over puts me to sleep. Looking forward to that adventuring mode.

Adventure mode and nephalem rifts will fix this element. Ill definitely jump all over adventure mode. Currently I just jump into any game I can.

I played the starter version/edition for about 30 minutes last night and immediately felt the same rush I got when I used to play Diablo 2.

Hopefully there will be a good deal on the base game and expansion sometime soon. Paying ~$70 for both is a bit too steep. :/

Act 1 -> Explore the cellar. The quest still gives 9.5 million XP and there is a decent pack before it. Have to kill an elite though.

Also, chests XP isn't nerfed, they just made it harder to find. If you have 4 people, you can still find them at a decent rate.
