Found another set source today. =( Tal Rasha's. I am guessing its worth 100mil but who knows. 233 average damage 302 int like 30 vit, 10crit 10 APOC and 12 magic find.
 
Wow, my wife found 3 legendaries on Xmas Eve and then found a Staff of Herding last night. In the meantime I have found a big fat goose egg. :\ Good thing she keeps me around for laughs I guess. haha

BTW, it seems to take an incredible amount of shots to kill mobs in MP2, is that normal for someone with my DPS (94k if u don't want to flip back a page)?

Did you mean the plans for Staff of Herding? The actual staff doesn't drop, it's crafted. But the plans drop from Izual.

Demon Hunter. She's a Wizzy. I think she had more Magic Find than I do on her gear so that probably has something to do with it.

The good news is I managed to find all but the gem for the Staff so we're close to getting it built.

Just went to buy my son some stuff for his lvl 10 WD on the AH and that stuff is priced stupid. 50k for a weak blue ring...lol really???

The only gear I buy for low levels is the Cain's set stuff. You don't really need anything else while leveling.
 
I am really starting to believe this game is against me, or at least the AH is. I just sold 7 items for under 50k... One was a good Chondo's source, another a pair of Lacuni's I paid 14mil for, a dagger I paid 4 mil for, and a few others "worth" much more than they sold for. I have been trying to sell these items for "real" prices for I don't know how long. The Lacuni's had a buyout of 10mil and the others for similar decent prices. However, any time I put a reasonable starting bid (like 10% of the items buyout) nobody bids. When I don't set one, the go for so low.

I have over 150k dps and I can't make a million gold to save my life...
 
Yeah, I think the AH is either in an Xmas downturn or the game itself has just lost so many players that the market isn't as active as I assumed it would be when I got the game last month. I have had a hell of a time selling anything that isn't top tier for it's level or a very low price Legendary. The last couple of days have been a wash, total lack of activity it seems.

Items are dropping like flies these days. If they're dropping for you, they're dropping for everyone else. So, the market is really flooded with decent items at this point. For an item to sell, it has to roll the best stats for that particular item.

Like Lacuni's need crit\vit\AR\main stat(crit being the most important for it), Chantodo Force needs APOC\high damage\high int, vit

The Zuni Chest peice and ring I paid 45 mil for is no longer worth what I paid for it. I found a chest upgrade, and sold my old chest for 2.5 mil. Paid 20 mil for it.

I found a really nice Barb OH recently, can't even get 5 mil for it. It's a sword, 650 damage, 99% crit, OS, 2.9 LS. No Str or Vit though.

I hear ya.

Lately I've been making more money farming low level items than lvl 60+ stuff. I usually just do a few quick runs in each difficulty, then ah the best items out of those. They sell quick, and I've had a bunch of seemingly worthless items go for more than a mil a piece. I couldn't imagine spending that much at low levels, since items get replaced so quickly, but people do. Maybe people are collecting items for later twinking purposes.

Things sell better on the weekend than they do during the week. Having an auction end on Sunday at 6 pm vs Tuesday at 4 am makes all the difference in the world.

Also, you can't expect something you paid 10M for weeks ago to be worth 10M now.
 
Has this been on sale at all? I had looked briefly before xmas and on some of the boxing day sales but have not seen it.

This. I also sell items that are borderline for a discount, around 20K. Better than vendoring, and someone will always buy them

It's been a long while since I had a non-level 60 character, but I remember how low level items were still pretty expensive. You'd think that everything below 60 would be cheaper.

Might start doing that myself after throwing on a shit ton of GF gear. Only reliable thing to farm is gold and gems. Gold price went up slightly to touch 38 cents last night, so probably an unflux of Christmas people. Level 60 market is glutted though.

Ok, it kinda masks your real dps. Not sure why mobs in mp2 won't clear for you @ 95k dps. I'm at 108 or so with my dh, and it's not too bad.
