It's the Vince Young effect. Once you see a qb who can make plays on his own, keep plays alive, etc its always in the back of your mind. So, when you see a qb who has some of those qualities it counts for more than if you are used to say a Brady, who almost always works from the pocket.

I think the Titans are hoping for an almost as mobile Vince Young who actually can complete some passes.
