I shipped my stuff to the recipient like this:

1) Placed stuff in box & sealed box
2) Wrapped box in wrapping paper
3) Wrapped the box w/ wrapping paper in thick brown paper bag from krogers

It'll survive, and it'll be all wrapped too :)
Now someone will be able to ID your package pretty easily :p. Thanks for the description. :D

Got mine today :) Much thanks to my Secret Santa; I'm a disorganized person, so both calendars will come in handy at the start of the new year. Time to turn over a new leaf, maybe? Thanks SS!

P.S.: I particularly like the Air Action calendar (the A-10 is my favorite).

I had two packages to send out via USPS, one of them being my SS gift. I paid and printed the shipping labels on the 12th and had the USPS come pick up the two packages on the 13th. They left a note saying that they did in fact pick up two. The delivery confirmation on the USPS site says that one of them was delivered on Friday (15th). The SS gift, which is shipping to a closer location, says "Electronic Shipping Info Received" and that they received the info on the 14th. Should I be worried about this? Do you guys think they lost the package or something? or just haven't updated the delivery confirmation for just that package?

the DC will only update once the package is delivered(the mail man will scan it). that's how it works. don't worry about that.

Yeah don't worry about that, USPS tracking is kinda worthless. A lot of the time it will finally say delivered a few days after it happens.

I got your package. I don't think I would have known it was you if you didn't first, one put your first name in the letter, and second left your books-a-million reciept in the book. HAHA!

I received two book and a nice letter, after receiving said letter, I wish I had gotten my gifts sent to me so that I could have included a letter as well. The books are entitled, "Think & Grow Rich" and "blink". First I want to thank you for the books, after reading the backs, I'll definitley read them, they sound great. I have started reading more often than when I was younger. Which brings me to a funny story, about how much of an ass I was as a child.

One year my aunt and uncle gave me a book, I was probably 10, so every year my mom would make me write thank you notes, and since I had not learned how to use Microsoft Access so that I could just make them as impersonal as possible, I had to write them by hand. So to my aunt and uncle, who are the absolute nicest people, I worte, "Thank you for the book, next year please do not get me a book." The next year I got a plastic shark head. It's funny now as I am older that I appreciate reading more, and how much a good book can really teach you.

Thank you again.

John

PS: I'll put your name in my next movie.
