Just wanted to let my SS know that I have received my gift! Thank you!! Received it Thursday I believe but had the flu Thursday and Friday, it wasn't fun. Those Andes Mints sure made things better :D Someone did their ATOT research :p

I got started on putting the ballista together...wow, it's difficult! The thing is pretty big though, a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I haven't posted because I wanted to put some pics up of the ballista completely, but I'm having troubles with getting the string on it. I may post some pics of the project halfway complete though.

Again, thank you for the fun gifts! Merry Christmas!

Well, I was totally not thinking. I never got my email w/ my recipient in it, so I forgot about asking. I'm sure it went to my spam floder for some reason, even though my confirmation email didn't. Anyway, I contacted Jeff and Matt and they helped, but man. How vague can you get on the likes / dislikes. It was something about as revealing as Breathing / Not breathing, lol ;) (Don't take that personal!)

Anywho, I had fun trying to figure out what they'd like, so I hope it works for them and they don't have it. Thank goodness for Amazon!!

I've been super busy with finals, so I haven't posted much, but I just wanted to say that I got my gift a few days ago. I didn't have time to open it though, so once I get home for good tomorrow night, I'll be sure to open it up :)

I also sent my gift out a few days ago, but USPS hasn't updated their tracking yet. Hopefully my SS will have it today or tomorrow.

I got your package. I don't think I would have known it was you if you didn't first, one put your first name in the letter, and second left your books-a-million reciept in the book. HAHA!

I received two book and a nice letter, after receiving said letter, I wish I had gotten my gifts sent to me so that I could have included a letter as well. The books are entitled, "Think & Grow Rich" and "blink". First I want to thank you for the books, after reading the backs, I'll definitley read them, they sound great. I have started reading more often than when I was younger. Which brings me to a funny story, about how much of an ass I was as a child.

One year my aunt and uncle gave me a book, I was probably 10, so every year my mom would make me write thank you notes, and since I had not learned how to use Microsoft Access so that I could just make them as impersonal as possible, I had to write them by hand. So to my aunt and uncle, who are the absolute nicest people, I worte, "Thank you for the book, next year please do not get me a book." The next year I got a plastic shark head. It's funny now as I am older that I appreciate reading more, and how much a good book can really teach you.

It was my wife's idea to get a second receipt and included it with the books just incase you had either.

Received mine today, although who my Secret Santa is is a mystery :evil:

I got a card, a semi-realistic SPIDER!, a pack of Bawls mints, an awesome book called "Sneaky Uses for Everyday Things", and a 2gb PNY USB memory stick. Best Secret Santa EVER!! :D

I ordered something for my secret santa before I left the USA to visit VeggieFrog for Christmas... man, was I pissed off when I got here and found the wrapped gift in my suitcase!!! It would have never made it there in time, so I had surf like mad to find something and get it shipped.... I had it go 2nd day shipping.

It will arrive in time, but it will not be gift wrapped.

Finally shipped out the package for my recipient today. Sorry for the tardiness but i'm sure you'll like the gift(s). And received my gift last week. Dual illumination LED flashlight. One side has one bright blue led, the other has around 16 of them. Sweet gift. Thanks SS :)

I was a slacker an just sent it out today. My SS is relatively close, so USPS Priority should have it to you by Friday at the latest. Hope you enjoy! Still waiting for my SS gift to show up.

I finally got a spare moment to open up my gift :) I got the Family Guy Volume 4 DVD set from my Secret Santa! My SS is still a secret to me, but whomever you are... thanks a lot!! It was very generous of you. :)


USPS says my gift got to my recipient's town yesterday, so with any luck it will be delivered today. I hope they like it as much as I like my gift.
