At least 61 of the 104 emails have gone out... If you havent received yours please be patient. Bear in mind Jeff and I have to mail each person individually so it takes time.

Yeah, I got something like that, too. It makes it pretty hard to pick something out that you think the person will like. Though we all have ATOT in common, for most people, that is where the similarities end.
I was pretty detailed as to what I liked, but gave plenty of options so that the person should not feel too constrained.
