From my post above. First let me start by saying that we have a tradition in my family to open a gift on Christmas Eve. Well I was all syked because there was the nice heavy box, that felt really expensive, and oh boy what could it be. So I viciously tear open the package, and what do I find? A yogurt maker, and not any yogurt make one that was used, and found at a yard sale. So it's used it still works, now where are the directions. (OH IT DOESN'T COME WITH THEM). So for christmas, my mother got me a used yogurt maker (I hate yogurt btw), with no instructions. She might as well have thrown it in the garbage for me, which I believe she eventually did. Still a funny story, so it turned out to be a good gift, like the bucket I shipped to my friend in NY for her birthday, or the envelope full of ham I gave to my other friend (he ate it, it was fresh). They're gifts that inspire funny stories that last a life time.

Maybe someone could start a non-official AT SS for latecomers. If I had missed out this year, I would feel (a little) bad.

3 weeks is enough time to buy/ship presents, but you would have to limit signup to like a few days...
