Doesn't matter how morally reprehensible or illegal act is by a president, all that counts is whether it is an "official act." Just completely crazy.

But during todays WH daily press brief, reporter asked has Biden had a medical exam after that debate performance. KJP, no last was the annual checkup. Now media going crazy why didn’t he have a comprehensive exam!!!!!!

I saw a bunch of people on Reddit were getting reported for saying this and yes the response was ‘uhm, this was in both the oral argument and the dissent, as well as being tangentially referred to in the opinion’.

Notably I have not seen a single person who has been able to define why this would not be permitted using language in the opinion. It’s all hand waving and/or assuming the opinion doesn’t say what it clearly does.

Every person discussing drone strikes is doing so from the position that this ruling is -bad-

It is perfectly reasonable to talk about the height course of action when SCOTUS says assassinations are legal what the appropriate response is when a potential successor seems pretty comfortable with it.

But these governors routinely talk with Biden weekly. So they’d see any cognitive decline. Sure they are showing their loyalty to him but it’s clear they love the country more. They won’t hide any medical issues to remain loyal to the party.

The issue not is not really his condition so much as his ability to undo the damage. That’s what is going to be the chief concern.
 
So what exactly is a recorded interview going to prove to the American people?

If he was serious about staying, his only hope is to have public appearances where he answers unscripted questions which he should have done at least once or twice since the debate but he hasn't.
