I see the union picket lines all year 'round. Cold weather does not stop them for fighting for their cause. We didn't hear a peep from OWS all winter. Now watch, as it gets warmer out they'll be out in spades. Comfort first, the cause second.

Not true. Occupy Denver has been out all winter, but warm weather will bring out the less committed. I didn't see a lot of Teahadist rallies in the snow, either.

Don't forget occupiers tried to blow up a bridge. Notice how that has been quickly swept under the rug in the media...isolated incident...not connected to OWS.

Just imagine if it was a conservative group attempting to blow up a bridge, that shit would be front page news for two weeks plus, national headlines everywhere.

Constipated. No poop for the squad cars...

More than likely, once they found that the money dried up to compensate them, they decided to go smell the flowers somewhere. Oh, wait, is this the day the government checks come out...?

Imagine if there was a black guy crossing that bridge...

The press is working fervently right now to fabricate dig up some right wing connections that they think they can make stick. I guarantee it.

OWS will try to distance itself from the wannabe bombers (OWS members reported them to the FBI).

At the end of the day that's all OWS is, a disjointed gathering of loser with no common cause other than "people more successful than us (which is like, everyone) suck".

Plenty of disruption in Oakland today - Tear gas & flash-bang grenades utilized to disperse the crowd:

Lots of broken windows in businesses and cars in Seattle too. Plus, the big march is coming tonight from what I understand.

The asshats spray painting anarchy signs are probably from Eugene OR, I imagine some of 'em went to SF too. They seem to be the chief instigators at this point, or else my news has a major aversion to saying the word "Occupy" today. They were using "Occupy Wallstreet" a lot the past couple of days in the lead up.

Think back to the "right wing militia" guys from a year ago and how long that stayed front page news.

Notice how there's no mention of OWS, they're being labeled "anarchists, no ties to OWS". Look at the timeline...october of last year. Look at their involvement in OWS, look at their message and ideals = full lock step with occupy. I'll give ABC credit, at least it's on their page. But notice there is ZERO mention of their ties to occupy, nothing, zilch, nada

http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/anarc...and-bridge-fbi/story?id=16252571#.T6B-AtnuGeI

According to the criminal complaint, last October the men began discussing plans to knock bank signs off of buildings in Cleveland. The men allegedly discussed the idea of using smoke grenades on the Veterans Memorial Bridge in Cleveland to create a diversion while they carried out their plan to topple the bank signs.

Wright, the alleged ringleader, also allegedly discussed trying to recruit homeless people from shelters to carry out his plans to attack symbols of corporate and financial institutions.

My God you are shameless. You just pull lie after delusional lie straight out of your rectum. This was one of the lead stories on the NBC news tonight. I just did a quick Google News search, hundreds of matches. I'm sure many of them were unrelated, but it looked to me like all of the MSM were well-represented.

Get help. Seriously. Your pervasive inability to grasp reality honestly has to be causing you problems in your real life.

I was talking about the ties to occupy. Notice there is little to no mention of that and they are simply being labeled "anarchists".

And you'd once again be wrong. The reports I saw all mentioned they were self-proclaimed anarchists. That's generally considered extreme left, not right wing.

That's because there aren't any material connections. They didn't represent the OWS movement, even if some of them did show support for OWS. Suggesting one proves the other is a logical fallacy.

For example, if someone notes that you are a racist and you are a Republican, he still cannot claim it proves Republicans are racist. All it proves is that the set of Republican and the set of racist intersect at you. Similarly, the set of OWS and the set of wanna-be Cleveland bridge bombers intersect at these bozos. That's all.

Some good pictures from OWS in seattle and their destruction of private property. Notice the RED flags. Tell me again it isn't a communist movement, keep saying it.

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/photogalleries/2018116233/
The only violence actually shone in the photos is on the part of police. Using your standards I must conclude that this is a police riot. The folks with the red flags were peacefully marching, exercising their rights as proud Americans.

Isn't this fun?

Except that all anyone can seem to do is claim someone is not a part of OWS - well, who is a part of the movement then? And who makes the official declaration of who's in and who's out?

Wait what discomfort?

I find paying $100K for an education (even in something more marketable than "Artistic Impressionistic Interpretations of the Carter Era") to come out where everyone is screaming about a wall street crash where financial institutions were BAILED OUT because the ruling bodies in our own government were too stupid to not only de-regulate many investments and investment practices but also allow them to diversify into other critical areas that would precipitate a global collapse of many institutions should they be allowed to fail.....pretty painful.

Irrelevant.
