Is Obama doing more to divide our country on race than bring it together? I think so.

All racists focus on racism and see everything as racism because that is what they are. They are terrified of racism because they project unconsciously exactly how much hate hides inside them for others of a different color. Racists absolutely freak out at Obama because all the hate they have for their worthless selves they think he feels for them. All monsters see others as the monster and are terrified of them. You don't bring change to shit filled toilet water, you just have to flush.

The garbage that has called itself the real America is still all around us fighting mightily to keep the bowl from gathering any spin. America is still very much the land of shit and the home of racists bigots,

The evil of bigotry is that the bigot is upside down. He thinks that it is he or she who sees the good when all they see is the filth hidden within them. A bigot hates himself and hates you for that. His inner life is misery and he wants to make sure yours is too.

A bigot is the real enemy of all he thinks he loves because he cannot really love.

Shit, Moonbeam found my thread.

Who cares? Same old meaningless drivel as he posts in any thread. Guarantee that as this thread grows lots of the usual folks will check in with the same old excuses about why it is ok to practice racial politics so long as you are a member of an approved "race". They will justify this by arguments that essentially boil down ones you used in 6th grade, "Johnny did it so it ok for me to do it".

The fact is racism works, it gets people what they want, it gives them special protection and special privileges. As a political tool, it's invaluable, you can unite and manipulate groups of people to further your agenda. It's a powerful tool, and widely used.

Shit, Moonbeam found my thread.

Dear Nick. I doubt that you will believe me, but I had no idea whose thread this is or was. I read only the content paying no attention at all to whom it was started by. Congratulations on having your own thread. I am sure there will be, oh at least one person who will feel it better for having me post in it.

Seems as if he is reaching out to the young people, latinos, and women who usually don't vote but voted for him in the election. From the article:

"Turning out those so-called "surge" voters -- who turned out for the first time to back Obama, but who sat out gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Virginia last year -- has become the Democrats' central pre-occupation for the midterm elections, and the new Democratic effort to nationalize the election around Obama and his agenda mark an attempt to energize those voters. "

Faux outrage ++

Glad you endorse obvious racial politcs. But I wouldnt expect anything less from you Clif, you seem to be in lock step with whatever Obama does.

*edit*

WTF is "faux outrage"? Sounds like a Keith Olbermann quip

Do you feel that saying that line was a good move for the President? Sorry for the multitude of questions, I'm just trying to understaind the rationale behind your line of thought

Considering his statement included all races I am not sure what your outrage is....
