The left keeps saying that if/when Iran uses the nuke their will be retaliation. But really?

Given that Iran will have long range nuclear capacity, even if Iran directly nukes Isreal who on the left would support hitting them back?

The same points they use now against action towards Iran you lefty's will bring back up.

Things like, we should stay out of the middle east, Israel was bad, Israel had nukes so they deserved it. If we nuke them, they'll use more nukes.

Russia and China would continue to support them no matter what, and a country will be wiped off the map.


But the left really wants that? They hate having a balance of power titled in favor of US interests, so what if it a few million people die as long as the USA is weaker, its all good in your lefty minds.


If Iran was rational, then they wouldn't make statements like Israel will be wiped from the face of the planet. Theyd be saying how there will be new peace in the region, how this treaty insures that.

But that's not what Iran is saying is it?

You are extremely well propagandized. Israel obviously has their own nuclear weapons & can deliver them via airplanes, missiles & submarines. That fact reduces your argument to rubbish.

So now your argument is 'they aren't rational because their twitter account said something mean', combined with an attempt to shift the burden of proof.

If Iran's leadership is irrational it should be easy for you to show plenty of policies it has pursued that are irrational. What are these policies? So far we have the policy of saying mean things sometimes. What else?

what do you have to support giving them a nuclear weapon?

For years they said they weren't working on nukes, until this deal comes along that Obama so badly wants to happen, and now we know they have been working on nukes.

If your take says its rational they were working on them, then why is it irrational to say the will use them?

One of there goals is to get rid of Israel, which they have worked against by funding groups attacking the nation. Now the 'great' Satan has allowed it to have both nuclear weapons and reopened billions of dollars which the the country will use to re-arm itself and others.

If a country has for years said it would destroy another, and for years worked to destroy that country, and now has the same capacity for destruction as the country it wants to destroy, what makes you think it wont destroy them?

Until now Israel had the trump card with nuclear weapons. A little while from now they wont. If you think that wont change the game for worse, for that country you are a fool.

Even Obama thinks so, which is why he wants to give Israel billions in weapons.
If as you claim Iran is rational and peaceful, and this deal will make them more peaceful, then why do we have to give our 'ally' more weapons?

The facts speak for themselves. Irrational leadership could not have wrung major concessions out of the world's only superpower.

They built a strong hand & they played it well, raised the bet with their nuclear program & forced us to abandon our long standing policy of isolation & trade restrictions that stymied development for decades. That's been the whole point all along.

It's not like we lost anything other than our delusions that such policy would ever work the way we wanted. Or we could drag it out for another 20 years like we have with Cuba so that right wing ravers & their own hardliners can keep one of their many fear mongering podiums.

Payback for over six years of complete and sworn-on-the-bible blockage of anything and everything Obama and the Dems tried/are trying to get done.

The Repub's well-publicized clarion call for resistance against anything that Obama tried to accomplish simply makes Obama's successes even more impressive than they would have been and makes the Repubs, and especially their Congressional leadership look weak, non-sensical and feckless from a historical perspective. It also points a finger directly at the Tea Party for their failures against Obama's efforts.

I wonder if they ever thought about that before they launched their vaunted war of attrition against Obama.

So lame. Iran has the right to mine & sell as much natural uranium as they want. They retain the right to enrich limited amounts to maintain specified stockpiles of <4% LEU as reactor fuel.

In no way is this discovery a breach of the agreement.

From a practical perspective, it's six of one, half a dozen of the other.
