Awww... I'm sorry that you find reality so confusing. Let me dumb it down for you:
1. You think that reforming health care is just a matter of reclaiming wasted funds in our current system.
2. I tell you you have severely oversimplified the situation, and that the reason we're having this discussion is because Obama knows it's not that simple, has known all along, and now needs to hold a bake sale.
3. You are required to purchase 26 units of baked goods.
I don't think he is worth our keystrokes. Just like the other thread where he was thoroughly destroyed with information provided by me, he will continue his diversion tactics until we get fed up and just stop.
LOL you are a real comedian. You couldn't fight your way out of a wet paper bag.
I'll tell you what, I'm going to throw you a bone and help you out of this mess. We can't change the fact that you've already made a fool out of yourself, but we can at least help you understand why. Let's get started.
1. blanghorst stated that Obama ran on a campaign of discontinuing many of Bush's "failed policies". He then criticized Obama for double-backing on this once elected.
2. You wanted examples and proof.
3. Numerous examples were brought up, the most notable of which was Gitmo. blanghorst provided you with a link supporting his argument.
4. You diverted the discussion to the topic of Gitmo specifically, basically defending Obama's decision, even though the decision itself wasn't under scrutiny and that this was totally unrelated to the point at hand.
You committed a logical fallacy; one commonly referred to as a 'red herring.' You were no longer arguing the point at hand, but rather diverted to an unrelated point that was easier for you to assert. The issue at hand was not whether Gitmo should have been closed, but rather that Obama cited it as a failed Bush policy, but then later chose to continue supporting that policy.
I don't know if you lost focus because you have ADD, because you realized you were proven wrong, or because you're just simple. Regardless, you lost focus. Hopefully this helps you to regain it.
