You actually believe your own BS??

It's really tough for me to tell if cops actually believe their own BS or whether they only care about using the stacked legal system to get away with it. If they can convince an internal investigation, a grand jury, or a jury, then whatever they did is OK.

Just how many 12 year olds have you beaten?

Zero. Anyways, do you always get your information from people shouting in the background of a YouTube video? He was 16 with a record. I have put cuffs on someone who is resisting and it's frigging hard to do without causing them some pain if they're intent on fighting you.

Oh that's ok then!

I believe the cop has been suspended with pay. They will look at the case.

You all know where this is heading. NOWHERE!

If a civilian had run up and start pummeling the kid being arrested, what would have been the response of the arresting officers?

I don't think you understand. You seem to expect cops to be held to the same standard as the lesser human beings who aren't cops. Freaking weird.

There is zero justification for punching the guy. Zero! The guy could have spit at the cop and thrown actual shit on his face and then proceeded to kick the cop in the balls and it still wouldn't be justified.

Yes. In those circumstances bolded above an ass whipping would be fully justified.

Would you let someone do that to you without retribution? If you say yes, you are a liar or a fool.

I'm not a cop, therefore I'm not held to a higher standard nor am I trained to handle such things. Cops are also required to follow the law, it is illegal to assault someone when it's not done in the name of defense.

Are you saying cops are above the law? It certainly sounds like it.

Anyone have a working link? First link is dead.
therefore I'm not held to a higher standard
Ha! I think cops are held to a lower standard than the rest of us, but we're on the same page on that. They are given wide berth in assaulting people without justification.

My link must have been broken too. All I saw was what appeared to be a fully grown man resisting arrest. I thought I was clicking on a beating video...

Looks like the link was pulled due to copyright. Seems like the person who shot it sold the footage or something.

Hmmm, kind of stretching for that outrage aren't we? A couple body shots is a brutal beating? The person wouldn't put his arms back and was resisting. Not that hard for a thin guy to put their hands behind their back without any physical pain or struggle.

As you stated IF he threw shit in his face ( Biohazard ) and Kicked him in the balls ( Assault ). The police or anyone else is fully justified in whipping his ass, it is not against the law.

That is what I am saying. No more or less than that in response to your post as quoted. Don't read shit into it as you are known to do.

Well what would you do or be justified to do if he threw shit in your face and kicked you in the balls? Nothing? Cry? What.

I finally say the video ( the link was dead earlier ). Sorry but that is not a beating. Should not have been resisting.

If he is 12 years old, I'm a Siamese twin to a mongolian jugfucker.

Is that what we are discussing here? Did the suspect throw actual shit at the officer's face and kick him in his balls? If we're having that discussion then yeah I'd probably throw in a few jabs at the asshole.

But this all seems irrelevant to this topic, where 4 officers seemed to have the situation under control and an officer who didn't have shit thrown in his face, and who didn't have recently-kicked balls, ran in and threw a few sucker punches from the rear.

Cops maim people and charge them with assault for merely tapping the cop on the shoulder. Your "sorry but that is not a beating" seems invalid in comparison.

And you are probably right, he's not 12, so you need not fear being a twin of an Asian humper of liquid containers. I'm not seeing why that is relevant to punching someone from behind being totally cool.

I wasn't making a comparison. I was stating a fact that three little punches to the upper thigh is Not A Beating.

He shouldn't be resisting arrest.
