"is it just me or do the benchmarks not scale properly? i mean some theres a huge increase and the card is faster than or close enough to a 4600 to make it moot. and in others the overclock isn't anything. thats... screwed up."
It's not just you. I think the first benchmark (DroneZ) is the real offender. The Ti4200 oc'ed to 285/565 beating the Ti4600 (300/650) c'mon get real! Aquamark and Quake III show correct looking results with the overclocked Ti4200 not even being as fast as a Ti4400 in the former and nudging it in the latter. I'd give my $30 bucks more to the Ti4400 and not have to deal with the overclock, or give my $30 bucks more to a Ti4400 and get a higher overclock.
