Jumping out of the contract killing requests back into football...the Ravens are raping the Jests tonight.

J-E-T-S SUCK SUCK SUCK
Hahaha is that what they were saying? I was wondering WTF was going on with the J-E-T-S chant. That is hilarious.

It's amazing how close the Ravens/Redskins are ... physically, yet how far they are ... football wise. It's like night and day.

Damn the Ravens are so good right now, and so much fun to watch.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but my impression is that it's 75+ percent because of the performance of Lamar Jackson.

Giants just need 2 wins...Lions are going to lose out and get the #2 pick so they can ruin another young man's love of the game

Hey, it's Detroit. If all they ruin is his love of the game he's not doing too badly all things considered. A lot of people can lose their will to live once they've experienced that place.

No, that's not far off, but they do play an old-fashioned physical style that's fun to watch.
That game against the 49ers was sensational football. The 49ers game against the Saints last week also spectacular. People were thinking the Raven's 49ers game may be a preview of the Super Bowl.

And I kind of agree, anything can happen though but since Balt. will have home field throughout the AFC playoff's, (it seem right now anyway) good luck beating them there.

You can say that about most teams that are dominant though - it's 75% because of the performance of the QB. With the Ravens, the other 25% is Ingram.

The Ravens are (for the most part) always with like at least a 2 touchdown lead, so that makes the offense of the other team one dimensional. So the defense can gameplan for the pass since they know that the other teams will have to pass.

I know it was sam Darnold, but damn, their defense was swarming on the pass game.

Just a fun team to watch. I hope my buddy gets tickets to the playoff games and invites me to go like last year. Last year I went to the Chargers game in a Rivers jersey just to fuck with everyone. But this year I'd go as a neutral fan just to enjoy good football.

49ers have been involved in the top 3 football games of the year to this point. Unfortunately, they lost 2 of them (OK, I wanted them to lose one of those...but I would have been fine if they had beaten Seattle in the end. such a great game)

Yeah, that game was another OMG last second hold your breath finish, all 3 of those games were. The rematch in Seattle figures to be monumental later this month.

It's odd with the 49ers, though. They are dominant this year, yeah. Tops in the NFC. But all the while the QB play has been suspect. Kyle Shanahan has been saying Jimmy G was improving game to game and I think it's pretty true, with a hiccup here and there. They certainly don't appear to be a team hanging its hat on the QB. Shanahan has said their best player is George Kittle! KITTLE!!! Tight end! Running back? They don't have a stand out running back either. It's running back by committee. 3 guys. Mostert, Coleman and Brieda, the last two missing significant time from injury. They've had steady WR play, but no one guy is the major threat. The only guy that stands at his position on offense is Kittle. And he's totally a team guy, the best blocking tight end in football. The great thing about the 49ers is that they believe, they play for each other. From start to finish.

Yeah they are definitely an anomaly this year as far as how they are winning. It is also fun to watch though. Their defense is a huge part of it though too. Kind of like the Pats this year. Without their defense, they would have a lot less wins. Brady isn't the normal Brady this year, and may never be him again.
