I heard from a fairly reliable source these Chinese monitors use LG panels. I just haven't bothered contacting the seller. And these A- panels don't sell for $250, from what I read, the actual monitors sell for $220-230USD in S. Korea. In fact, you can buy A grade panels on eBay for $200.

My main point was that I have a feeling the market still has room to bottom.
Read the treads. They are made in korea use exact same panels as this HP and thousands of ppl are thrilled with them despite coming from Korea with essentially zero support or warranty. For $350-$400 for the same thing who wouldnt be? Plus they offer gloss and glass and many people are put off by aggressive anti-glare put on IPS screens sold in the US market so this offers that alternative without apple pricing.
I personally only buy NEC but I just thought I'd put this out there to offer a cheap alternative many are excited about and has not hit AT yet.
