What sucks about that goal for a Preds fan, other than the obvious fact that it will possibly be the game winner, is that we don't have a single player who can do anything remotely as skillful as that. Anaheim probably has 5 guys who can do that. Same old story for us.

**We did have Radulov but he decided to bolt for Russia a few yrs ago.

You have two of the best young defensemen in the league. I'd rather have Suter and Weber than Ryan and Perry.

Edit: See? Weber!

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate our DEF, but it always amazes me how our teams do so much with so little from top to bottom. And btw, good call... great goal to tie it up by Weber. 🙂

Wow, what an amazing come back! I can't believe Tootoo was the star of the game in any game, much less a game of this magnitude. Hope of getting out of the first round for the first time is still alive...

The Ruutu hit didn't look like a cheapnshot to the head to me. Not sure why this wasn't just 2 min for a late check.

Wow that was one of the best goals I've ever seen.

meh, I think it looked a lot better than it really was. On the replay, it's really just him vs a guy with no stick. It would have been better for the goalie had the guy with no stick just gotten out of there.

I've seen better goals by Nash and Datsyuk, and some others, but those were highlights. I think that was the best goal I've ever seen live.

I also saw Evgeni Malkin's fourth NHL goal which was pretty amazing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=40j0bjububE

Yeah the Malkin goal was great.

The Ryan goal last night was very good but Legwand had lost his stick so there really wasn't anything he could do. Still, props to Ryan for avoiding him and then juking the (arguably) 2nd best goalie in the NHL.

My favs live are Toews, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=obp8G2JFgkM and the two Ovechkin goals where he's falling.

Totally forgot the Pens/Bolts started at NOON today. 5-0 Bolts, this game is over.

The Pens announcers seem to have lost interest in the hockey game, and have spent most of the second period complaining that having more time between games gave the Lightning an advantage, and discussing whether the Pens should stay at a hotel before home playoff games.

lolwut? That is pretty funny.

Tootoo tried to jab his face with his left fist, it wouldn't have hurt him that bad had it landed. No more than any hockey fight with the gloves off.

LMAO! You have got to be kidding! Did you not see his hand on his stick? It would have been a crosscheck directly to the head. Not a "jab". Your comment is beyond ridiculous. It astonishes me that you can be so wrong about this. Do you really believe yourself and think it would have been no worse than a bare fisted jab during a fight?

Watch it again, he clearly is trying to hit him with a jab while the stick was in both of his hands because he was frustrated. It wasn't some pre-meditated attempt to hit him in the head with the stick.

Caps up 1-0, they are playing amazing. Dubinsky with the two-handed dirty high stick crosscheck to Laich's neck after the goal, ouch.
