Journalists, walk towards fire. The people in the video were walking TOWARDS the gun fire. Why would they do that?
There were two journalists murdered.

That tripod bag is for light tripods, not camera tripods. A bag for a camera tripod is MUCH smaller. That's my best guess too, but it could also be something other than a rifle.
Looks more like a tripod bag to me.
If you were walking towards my friends carrying an AK-47 and an RPG I would kill you too.If I were a Journalist, in a war zone, I would peak around corners too.
That a fucking American Helicopter would choose to kill me, would never cross my mind.

Again, the EAD and direct fire threat of the Assault Mission Request lists no PIDed targets, it doesn't say what the chopper gunners wound up doing because it was the mission request. The only thing resembling PID started with the gunner making a very lame attempt at it right off the bat by mistaking a camera for a weapon. Where is your mind?Where does it say the helicopter fired with no PID?
The rest of the civilians, were obviously, their (armed) escort.
-John
There were NO US men close by on the ground.

Dude, you can't even see where the tripod wiould mount in that picture.
And any decent photographer has a tripod on him at all times.

Only thing wrong with it is Navy, Airforce, Marines, saying there is nothing wrong with that.Their fault. Play with fire, you get burned. Nothing wrong with that.
You are an idiot.Dude, you can't even see where the tripod wiould mount in that picture.

Where are the journalists, which are documented facts, in the photo you just posted?
-John
Not to mention, everyone in the video was a civilian.

You just posted a picture of a lens... not a camera. You are an idiot.
I am a photographer and I NEVER carry my tripod. They are not needed with todays camera.
And for the record here is a camera like that with a tripod collar.

If the camera in that photo had a tripod mount it would be sitting exactly where his left hand is sitting.
