With the way the saints played today I doubt they are going to the NFC championship. But till the end I am a saints fan....

Whoever made the decision to sit players out for the Colts is a moron. The players are physically ill on the sidelines watching the management piss away a perfect season. This can't be good for team chemistry in the playoffs. A chance at perfection just thrown away.

I wanted to see the Colts lose (72" Dolphins!) but not like this.

I agree with this part fully. I switched channels to watch Spider Man 3, which I have seen maybe 4 times already.

Caldwell just pissed off every single starter and every single fan. We're going nuts over this insanity.

Can't believe Caldwell just pissed away the chance at a perfect season.

That's really gonna be great for team and fan morale going into the playoffs.

The 72 inch Dolphins, huh? Honestly, I lost all respect for that team when I saw them cheering the Patriots loss in the Super Bowl. Listening to Don Shula run his mouth was absolutely disgusting. Anyway, I completely agree about the Colts. They're a bunch of pussies. You're 14-0, up against the Jets. Manning almost never gets hit. PLAY THE GAME!

Yep, it was ill advised to say the least. Even worse is the fact that you know that this means he will have even more incentive to pull the starters even earlier next week.

Manning is pissed. Way to go pissing off your starting QB.

Yeah, if they play the offensive starters, there is no way they lose to the Jets.

Anyway, whatever. What is done is done. Many of us in Indy are sick and tired of the one and dones in the playoffs (many due to resting starters), so they had better win the Superbowl or there very well may be a fan revolt.

They have all the reason to gloat. Being undefeated in the NFL is a huge deal and watching the Patriots lose in the Super Bowl showed how hard it is to achieve. They would've been the first ones to congratulate the Patriots if they went undefeated. Sadly they did not.

Believe me, Manning is pissed, Wayne is pissed, Clark is pissed, and just about everyone in Indy is pissed. We're sick of hearing the same line, year in and year out -- "we can't risk injuries to key starters." Well guess what? Resting them for weeks on end and being one and done in the playoffs is something you can't risk either. They had better win the freaking SB.
