The scale of hypocisy and lack of scruples of so many from the GOP has basically desensitized me. They are like actors from a bizarre satirical skit come to life.
I want to know who paid his 500k bail.
GOP has had many chances to do that with MULTIPLE members and did nothing. They need to make an example out of him for the rest of the deplorables.
Politicians are usually caricatures of normal humans, but this lot does seem doubly so. It's like a monty python skit of ancient rome or something. The scale of hypocisy and lack of scruples of so many from the GOP has basically desensitized me. Yes, except with more spite, derision, division, unreasonable partisan opposition, obstruction, projection, rhetoric, etc.Politicians are usually caricatures of normal humans, but this lot does seem doubly so. It's like a monty python skit of ancient rome or something.
Their most prominent member was literally part of a pro-wrestling feud, and treated the role of President with the same care and dignity.Politicians are usually caricatures of normal humans, but this lot does seem doubly so. It's like a monty python skit of ancient rome or something.
Yep.He made bail? Time to transform into a woman again and disappear
I hope he doesn't know anything. He could end up hanging himself in his cell later.
It only took 10 people to scam for that payment. /sWell, at least he has said he's guilty of some crimes, even if in another country.
"On Thursday, Santos signed a deal with Brazilian prosecutors that he would confess and agree to pay almost $5,000 in fines and restitution in exchange for dropping the charges,The New York Times reported."
"Brazilian prosecutors alleged he used a fake name and a stolen checkbook to buy goods, including tennis shoes, in a store."
And he co-sponsored a bill to crack down on unemployment fraudtheft of public funds = fraudulently applying for and receiving unemployment benefits (while being paid $120k salary), continuing his pattern of defrauding anyone and everything he can
Half? No. Fuck no. Every single Republican politician and voter is deplorable. Hell, every single person who hasn't voted straight Democrat in the last 50 years is deplorable. That's a good way to put it. At this point, deplorable might even be too nice a word for half of the entire party
And he co-sponsored a bill to crack down on unemployment fraud.
I mean, if you look at the recent evidence, the punishment for crimes as a member of the GOP is... well, you tell me?Who would co-sponsor a bill that go after the very crime that they are accused of? It's pure genius, he was pre-building his defense.
I think I’m an ok guy and I’ve voted for republicans on a number of occasions, albeit not recently.Half? No. Fuck no. Every single Republican politician and voter is deplorable. Hell, every single person who hasn't voted straight Democrat in the last 50 years is deplorable.
And how many times did you think they had a chance to win?I think I’m an ok guy and I’ve voted for republicans on a number of occasions, albeit not recently.
They did win! For example I voted for Arnold both times and he won both times. And how many times did you think they had a chance to win?
Agreed R Governors for MA have been a win. Even Mitt was decent, he gets a lot of crap on these forums and he wasn’t a bad Governor. They did win! For example I voted for Arnold both times and he won both times.
