FAKS. because it sounds so close to facts , i always thought it was an ingenius pun that someone cooked up

Wierd, am I the only one who adds the "s" from the end of Questions to the pronouciation to say it exactly the same as FAX?

FAQs = FAX

HOw do you create a thread as a poll? That was my original idea but I couldnt' figure out how.

To me, FAQ=one set of Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs=multiple instances of FAQ.

I pronouce it as "fack". I have friends that say "eff eigh queue", but I don't understand the point of that.

You wouldn't pronounce SCSI "ess see ess eye". :confused:

Interesting. I say it f-a-q and would swear I've heard it that way too. I would have never guessed that people say "fack." This thread needs a poll to find out what the consensus is.
